Room was clean and nice

We didn't use the laundry machine still they looked easy to access & maintained. Overall, we would stay there again.

Check in was lengthly due to a $2 transaction(utility fee), followed by a $75 transaction(deposit), then scanning of all occupants ID. All of this after I booked online using the same credit card. Seems excessive and inefficient and streamlining the process would be helpful. Also removing ashtrays from door entrances, and addressing that they don't close completely, would be appreciated and prevent cigarette smell from entering the building.

Apparently this Studio 6 is the only hotel I've encountered in nearly 50 years of travel that closes its front desk at 10:00 PM. That becomes a major problem when your flight arrives after 10:00 PM, as mine did. I arrived around 11:00 PM and was effectively left without a hotel room because there was no night clerk available. Oh, BTW, According to the Studio Six customer support line, they inform me that every Studio 6 closes their front desk at 10:00 PM. And they add further insult, I was told by customer support that if I was going to get in late that I should have called at 6:00 PM the night before to cancel the reservation So that I would not have been charged. So essentially Studio 6 wants me to invoke time travel to go back to 6:00 PM the day before to tell them that my flight would be delayed so please keep your front desk open after 10:00 PM. What makes this even more frustrating is that the property advertises that guests can check in "any time after 3:00 PM." Last time I checked, 11:00 PM is still after 3:00 PM. Somewhere in the fine print there is apparently a reference to the front desk closing at 10:00 PM, but that directly contradicts the message that check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM. Avoid this property if there is any chance you'll arrive after 10:00 PM.

Positive: Very cheap, A/C worked great. They let us borrow Iron and board Just come prepared and bring everything you'll need.

The room was basically an efficiency apartment. Clean and comfortable, but not fancy.

Our room was also very cold and I was in heaven. Plus a laundry facility was available which made the stay a lot more comfortable. I didn't like how slow the elevator was. One major dislike was more towards Booking.com. Having to pay a deposit and pet fee was a shocker and I'm glad I wasn't on too much of a limited budget.

The only issue was with the T. V. Remote which works work on and off when I would send it commands. Very minor but still an issue. Other than that. Stay was good
