Studio 6 Extended Stay El Paso East TX

Awesome stay nice personal

Horrible Horrible

.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is older and has some issues. The elevator is a little clunky and very slow. The hotel served it's purpose but was nothing fancy. It is within minutes of the nearby hospital and that was what was important for my stay.

Its quiet. I rest here.

$10 housekeeping fee and $3 utility fee hidden fee was charged at check in. Dirty bathroom, one towel, and no soap or shampoo.

Super close to many fast food restaurants and stores like Walmart. My room had a bad smell everytime I would come in and out. I’m assuming due to no actual ventilation, the odor stays in the room at all times

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have stayed at this location on three previous occasions under different names. I do not believe my sheets were washed because I found hair in my bed. There was grime all over the floor. Dirty sink. It was so bad. Glad I only spent time asleep there.

Excellent service and location

the bed was comfortable. the room was clean the room was quiet. Online information was deceiving. There was no coffee maker in the rooms. no breakfast we had to pay if we wanted clean towels. the room is only cleaned once a week

They take a $72 deposit just fyi. No wash cloths and just a bar of soap. It does have a full fridge. The beds are thin. Not bad for a cheap hotel but definitely cheap

So thos used to be an extended stay and ot was amazing. Now its a studio 6. The front desk was super nice and super friendly. However. They upped the deposit thays refundable. Ok fine. I was told it would be $82. $80 I would get back and $2 would be kept as amme items fee. Basically charging $2 to use the electricity, water, tv and stuff. I did get my deposit back but only $70. So in fact $12 was kept for amenities. It is the most absurd way of Nicole amd dining people. Wouldn't recommend based on that

Rate was too high and elevator was down

The hotel canceled my reservation and left me high and dry without a place to sleep.

Now, about the conditions of the room, the bath tub, I was afraid the bottom would give, it cracked every time I stepped in, we never got room service, the tv, didn't offer anything, only a bunch of reruns, the cable kept fading out. There was no coffy to be made, the coffy maker was there, but no packs of coffy, So all and all, it was not a happy hotel experience.

Enjoyed my stay
