Don’t stay here.

Nothing #1 my tub was full of hair from previous customers that stay before me, I counted at least (15) genital human hair in my tub when supposedly it was cleaned, when I complain thd female front desk clerk hid & send the house keeping guy to take my complaint was supposedly go to the manager but i never heard back from the manager/plus they charged you extra fees/There was pigeon shit all over the sidewalk/back door didn't closed some could walk in from outside/front employees are super rude, bad attitude & they don't have not customer service skills

My hotel room door was not even properly sealed, locks were malfunctioning. The shower was leaking from the shower head and the bottom nozzle, the microwave did not work. The room looked clean at first glance but hair and lint was under bead and in restroom and cabinets. The fridge was running constantly even on lowest setting and it could not let you sleep unless you unplugged it.

The lady who checked us in was having a bad day! Elevator didn’t work. One emergency exit didn’t work as far as coming back in. Too many things falling apart in the building. Horrible customer service. Trash still in our room. We booked a room for $58 and she said there was $12 early check-in fee. Which was fine.Then another fee for maintenance. Then $70 holding fee that would be refunded later. Still haven’t received that. We checked out two days ago overall horrible experience. We want to say somewhere cheap but doesn’t it have to be ran with horrible people who hate their job or a dirty place.
