Bad, no electricity on bathroom

We have contacted Expedia twice filed complaint requesting refund we did not stay 1 day the place was nothing that you advertised please check your notes of our 2 phone calls we are still waiting for a callback ..

Location was near a lot of stuff

Be aware before booking. I booked the La Quinta because it offered amenities like a pool and complimentary breakfast, but when I arrived, I found out the hotel was abandoned and closed. I was never notified beforehand. Wyndham moved me to a different hotel, but it was nothing like what I originally booked. There was no pool, no breakfast, and the hotel appeared to be under renovation. The room only had a microwave, no refrigerator, and I didn’t feel safe staying there with my daughter. This was a very disappointing experience. If you’re booking based on the amenities advertised, be prepared that you may not get what you paid for. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this experience to anyone.

Pool was not working and rooms smelled. Clearly was not as advertised. Did not end up staying, and since then I have been trying to reach out by phone and recently emailed, and still no response about refund.

Upon arrival, hotel room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Dirt was all over the room’s floor, bed sheets were stained and dirty.

My room was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of fresh towels provided. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The only minor issue was that a few of the light fixtures were not working, but it did not take away from my overall experience. One of the things I appreciate most about staying at La Quinta Inn is that the rooms include a refrigerator and a microwave, along with other convenient amenities that make traveling much more comfortable. The ample parking is another great benefit and made coming and going very easy. I had a pleasant stay and would gladly stay here again. I recommend La Quinta Inn on Lomaland to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and convenient amenities.

I did a reservation to stay for one night, was given the key fob, and it will not open the door to my room. I reported it to the front desk and was told that their key fobs don’t work and he would have to let me in to my room each time after I leave. When we walked over to the room, he originally placed me in when he opens the door the room was ransacked with bedsheets on the floor beds undone. At this point, I’m feeling uncomfortable. And asked for a refund. The front desk staff did try to make it up and offered me a different room asked him if I would have a key fob and he said he did not know. So when he handed me the second key fob, I asked him to walk with me to assure that the key fob worked. On the walk there I noticed the pool was dry, which was one of the reasons why I booked here for my four children. When the front desk member opened the door to the second room that was offered. It was in the same condition that the first room was in bedroom was dirty and clean. I then asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t do that. I refuse to stay in a hotel like that with poor management and a staff member that doesn’t know what’s going on in the hotel that he is selling. The pictures in the Expedia are very deceiving and is nothing like what I seen in person. I will never stay at La Quinta ever again based on this experience. I have yet to get refunded. 2 attempts and both rooms I got were dirty.

Got room with 2 beds one was broken. No hair dryer. Floor had stains the walls near walls smelled bad Room looked very old with rusted foset handles Buffet had waffle maker ,no juice machine napkins or water to drink

We rented room for the pool more than anything and we were shocked when it was empty. Room itself looked very worn down and dirty. We ended up canceling reservation. I then end up calling customer service and am assured that another location has piol up and running. We headed that way and luckily made it before the charge was run. I asked attendant about pool and she let me know it was not opened either. I was so disappointed and told the rep

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The bed sheets were stained, and the restroom was not clean upon arrival. The toilet had very poor water pressure and took a long time to flush. We also received only one towel, even though there were two people checked into the room. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

First, the pool was empty, not that I would DARE to use it but at least a heads up would be nice. Secondly, the rooms were so filthy. We requested nonsmoking and the first room we got smelled like someone smoked two packs a day in it and the bed looked like it was laid in after being made. Weird. Second room was much better but not very neat. Third, if you need quiet to sleep this is not for you. The freeway was so loud, you could hear everything. The photos are very deceiving, I should have just spent $20 more and choose a different hotel. Lesson learned.

Room with 2 beds had a bed that was broken ,tv remote never worked with tv, floor near wall of. Beds smelled like pee,room had no water or cups to make coffee,lites above the beds didn't work , breakfast that was free did not have a waffle maker because it was broken or a juice machine because it was broken ,had very little else to choose from

Best place ever happy to stay again, crystal one of the employees is the best her customer service is awesome

The property was a dump and the mostly empty pool was trashy and some rancid water pooled at the deep end.. Maintenance was amateurish. Breakfast was a joke.

I checked in around 10pm gave my ID sign the paperwork did all the normal check-in stuff you do at a hotel. At around 7am I hear banging on my door saying you need to get out right now. Obviously I wasn’t inappropriate clothing nor wanting someone to enter my room before my checkout. She had me come out, reconfirm my reservation and say thank God you’re not one of them staying in my hotel. I was very uncomfortable and this was very unprofessional.

Rooms had no coffee makers,no phones, hard to reach front office, no housekeeping. We had no ice maker. We had to go for towels at front.
