Deben mejorar en cuanto a los baños, sería mejor eliminar las bañeras y remodelar el espejo del baño. Estar bien pendiente a las toallas que cuando las entreguen verificar que no estén desgastadas y manchadas. Mantener en recepción materiales porque uno va en la noche y dicen que no hay. En cuanto a las áreas como escaleras y pasillos, darle mejor limpieza.

Pool did not work

This place was horrible I've stayed there before about 7 yrs ago and man it was bad then but, it's worst now. I have a few pics to share I can load them on the site. I don't recommend this place to no one it was $103 @ night. Even the towels were nasty like if they had cleaned off there hands with dirt and oil. Luckily I always carry one and used it. Half the lights and clock were not working and the bathroom vanity had no lights either or towel holder. The tub was nasty as if had oil on it as well...I left my name and # hopefully the mgr will call me or if I can get the number to corporate. My name is Jesus Olivas and I was in rm 268 .

Bathroom was filthy, tv was slanted, floor was DISGUSTING, people yelling outside all night. Will not stay again and will leave a review telling others not to stay.

For breakfast they only have cold cereals, orange juice, and waffles. Only 2 towels per room. The room needs a lot of work.

There was no hot water at all . No toiletries, it was me and my wife and there was only one towle in the restroom , the walls were dirty . I would not recommend this place .

I will never come back to this place.

The property was filthy , room was not clean, sheets were not changed & filthy, electric outlets were damaged. The property should not be used as a hotel

The building was falling apart. The ladies that checked us in took over 20 minutes to help us out. They were on the phone getting someone signed in. The elevators verily work. The walls are falling apart. Our room had no towels, a broken tv, no hair dryer, the floor had stains like from dog poop. No phones in rooom. I callled the front office using my cell phone to ask for towels, after calling 20 times and no one answering, I finally walked down. I received one pool towel for two people because that’s all they had. No breakfast was provided, I went down 30 minutes before close time, doors were closed. Lady opened it for me, but the waffle maker was disgusting, everything looked dirty. Ended up with no breakfast. Do not stay there!

Bed sheets and holes and were not clean. Shower tub was peeling and discolored. Also, there were no towels in the room to shower. When I first arrived other guys were requesting sheets and towels and was told there were none available at the moment.

This was advertised as a 2.5 star including "premium" wifi. The hotel is more like a 0.5 star - it is horrible. Do not send anyone else there unless you don't mind the poor reviews. Ever see Hotel Impossible? It needs to be renovated.

The building needs a lot of cleaning and the room needs some work/cleaning. Basically rooms need lots of attention

There were NO shower towels. I went and ask for 4, I waited 20 minutes and they only found 2 towels 😡 curtains were reap off, NO shampoo or conditioner. The front desk lady was rude when i asked for the towels

Believe the reviews when you read them and stay as far away from this place as possible! We weren’t even able to check in due to the front desk girl asking me to leave and call the police! Super sketchy place! Stay somewhere else!

Worst Quality Inn that I've ever stayed at. They never had towels for your room. TV's in the rooms don't work.AC Blows warm air. Had to switch room twice before we was given rooms with working TV's and AC. one of the rooms they tried to put us in had people already staying there which gave us and the people in the rooms a big shock when we opened the door while they were changing clothes very dangerous.

Dirty room no towels to shower told to wait 4 hours. Barely any amenities no breakfast only eagles you make and it was very unkempt. Staff had friends and kids in lobby more concerned with them then customers. Won't answer phone. Was not worth the head ache
