Dirty place

Room was clean. Smoke detector was ripped out of ceiling. No hot water in shower.

I did not like one thing about this place. They had to move me from the first room we got because there was cockroaches. The whole place was not clean. Our second room was better. The issue with that room was the shower was not working. The pool was gross. The breakfast was disappointing. They had coffee with no cups. A home waffle maker. No butter. Had one type of cereal. Had a jug of apple juice. No cups. We were supposed to stay another night. This place made us change our minds and headed home immediately. Costumer service was horrible. They don’t care. They are just there to pay their bills and it shows. I would not recommend. And I would never stay there again.

Quise cancelar pero me dijeron que el reembolso no era una opción por lo que me tuve que quedar. Pedí que me hicieran la limpieza del cuarto y nunca la hicieron a pesar de que la pedí desde en la mañana antes de salir del hotel, como lo indicaban en un anuncio de recepción. A demás cabe mencionar que uno de los dos días que me quedé hubo un incidente donde llegaron los bomberos y la verdad es que te quita la paz que te da de estar en un lugar seguro porque no lo es. Uno de los días que baje a desayunar me cayó un pedazo de pizza tieso que aventaron desde las escaleras. Y muchas cosas más que no me alcanza para ponerlas aquí. Una experiencia TERRIBLE.

FYI they charge $5 anytime you forget your key in your room even though you only get 1 key at check in

"Complimentary" breakfast was: Coffee, but no cups. Cereal, but no milk. Waffle maker, but no batter. I asked the front desk person if this was typical or if they're just having a bad day.... she responded, "it's just the way it is".

The floor is dusty and dirty The shower was dirty and we found a toilet paper with blood in the toilet

I actually moved from another hotel because this property said they have an airport shuttle. That's true, but what I didn't know until after booking (non-refundable) is that the shuttle doesn't start running until 7am. My flight left before then, causing me to have an additional ride-share to the airport. The room was average cleanliness. Front desk staff were pleasant. Also, this hotel only has down pillows and a down comforter. I'm allergic to down.

Deben mejorar en cuanto a los baños, sería mejor eliminar las bañeras y remodelar el espejo del baño. Estar bien pendiente a las toallas que cuando las entreguen verificar que no estén desgastadas y manchadas. Mantener en recepción materiales porque uno va en la noche y dicen que no hay. En cuanto a las áreas como escaleras y pasillos, darle mejor limpieza.

Pool did not work

This place was horrible I've stayed there before about 7 yrs ago and man it was bad then but, it's worst now. I have a few pics to share I can load them on the site. I don't recommend this place to no one it was $103 @ night. Even the towels were nasty like if they had cleaned off there hands with dirt and oil. Luckily I always carry one and used it. Half the lights and clock were not working and the bathroom vanity had no lights either or towel holder. The tub was nasty as if had oil on it as well...I left my name and # hopefully the mgr will call me or if I can get the number to corporate. My name is Jesus Olivas and I was in rm 268 .

It was comfort it was good It smell like tobacco and some rooms wasn’t clean at all

Bathroom was filthy, tv was slanted, floor was DISGUSTING, people yelling outside all night. Will not stay again and will leave a review telling others not to stay.

For breakfast they only have cold cereals, orange juice, and waffles. Only 2 towels per room. The room needs a lot of work.
