The door doesn’t close right. The room was not clean was cockroaches in the middle of the refrigerator and the fridge was not clean, the coffee pot don’t work. I was very disappointed. Don’t recommend it stay here.

The security of the area was poor, very ghetto area. 10/10 do NOT recommend this to anyone

Front desk is very rude and sooo not helpful.

Do not bother! The building was old, didn't look like any of the pictures on the posting. It felt completely unsafe and staff was less than helpful. I checked out after 5 minutes in the room, which was dirty and tun down, only to be lectured by front desk about no refunds. Definitely NOT worth it!

Pool not available

The pool was not available through out the stay.

Did not end up staying there at all after check in. They still charged us the full stay. The shower handle was broken. There was no running water. We quickly left after discovering this. They offered to call maintenance but who has time while tending to their maintenance staff during the stay to fix something they should have known was already broken.

Nothing at all. Pool was closed so canceled my booking before 4pm and I was still charged for the room. When I called front desk they said oh well no refunds. Staff was horrible. Manager on duty rude as hell.

Nothing place was dirty bugs in room lack of professional from staff. Worse place ever. Will not recommend. We left and they refused to give us a refund I disliked it all there was bugs in room I got bitten from a bug in the bed my leg was swollen and red. Staff was rude and professional. Nothing I didn’t end up staying because the room was so bad and unsafe. The room assigned to me didn’t even have a working lock

I didn’t stay for breakfast time, but I don’t know if they did breakfast or not there I had to change room three times because of the bathrooms first bathroom flooded curtain had blood on it second the showerhead didn’t work and I had to move to another third row it was OK

It had a bed for a decent price. My room was completely without towels, I went to the front desk to tell the lady there, and she, very rudely told me that "You'll have to wait for the maid". Also, the amount of prostitutes/pimps that gravitate this hotel is insane.

This property is not worthy of the Quality name. Go anywhere else.
