Beds were clean! Floors, not so much. It looked as if they had been spot swept and not mopped at all. That said- the staff were great!! And even put up with me having to reactivate my card multiple times.

A good place to while away the time if needed. Everything is fine.

We lost power for about an hour and the staff was very rude when we inquired about it. Also the pool was supposed to open at 10 am but no one had a key and it was after 1 pm before it opened. The rooms very clean and I think housekeeping did a great job. The rooms are very outdated. Friends that were staying in another room had problems with their AC.

Location wS good. Ppl hanging out in the parking lot. 2 yr old came out of a room looking for mother. (She was sitting outside about 50 feet away)

Staff was nice a pool for heat rooms where roomy Parking was not enough to park in the front of hotel

Is in a good location my electric door had issues probably card not well programmed had to walk to lobby from end to end to re-set. Tv antena wasn’t working 💯 % good a/c rest room well stocked friendly service thank you

Overall just your basic room at a Motel 6, nothing fancy. The front desk staff was great when I needed them to rekey my room as well as checkin and out. The location is great especially if you are doing business at Ft. Bliss.

The pool was closed for maintenance, however, I was informed of this as soon as I booked the room so there was full transparency or the situation. The room was clean and neat, there were no bugs or anything of that nature. The staff was courteous and extremely professional. Overall a fantastic stay!
