Room had bugs in it , including one cockroach

They don’t clean the room daily , only once after 2 weeks of staying there. Terrible experience.

The simplicity and the cleanliness

Nice and clean and not a lot of outdoor noise

Clean room and great staff

Near the airport Elevator need to be replaced

Came in super late and no hassle check in. Very clean room. Check out simple and friendly.

The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, bedding very comfortable, kitchen was very clean and there were shops very close nearby.

No coffee maker in room, and what the hotel provide is not a breakfast

room was clean and staff was nice. easy check in Great restaurants near by and access to i-10

When I got there the hotel canceled the reservation Didn’t like that the reservation was canceled

No hair dryer in room. And one cockroach in bathroom.

Rooms were not kept up and doors were dirty and things just very worn out and outdated . Shower was not working properly

El cuarto estaba limpio y siempre se aseguraron q tuviéramos toallas de baño limpias, la persona q nos atendió al llegar y la mayoría de los días q necesite algo fue muy amable y servicial, siempre con buena actitud y excelentes modales, está en lugar adecuado para salir a comer y pasear .. Recomendado 100%

If I could change anything it would be the security deposit. Not that it's required but having it returned as soon as quick as it was taken.
