Red Roof Inn Plus El Paso East

check out is at 11 cleaning lady was knocking at 8:30 waking us up opening the door, and after me telling her to close the door, she stood there arguing with me, instead of closing the door an leaving us rest. this has happened every time we stay there, also the room are very dirty they don't clean them right.

Staff was very helpful with my check in. My room was immaculate, and fully stocked with everything needed.

Overall, the facility was neat and smelled clean. Parking is way too small. They didn't have luggage dollies. The parking area is too small, and they didn't provide any luggage dollies.

Didn't serve breakfast It is located quite a way from the I10, but liked the fact it was on the East side of El Paso.

It was clean, good working elevator, and nice staff.

Property was very clean. I love that there were solid floors rather than carpeting. Staff were pleasant and courteous. The only thing that was difficult for me was the significant street noise.

For the price it was fine.

This was the place for us ALL the time. There’s never been an actual update on the property or they just don’t care. We decided to give it another shot and we were wrong. I won’t recommend this place until MAYBE in a couple of years once they get serious about their property. It’s a shame, I really loved the location and staff. Well until the next time whenever that may be! Good Luck Seriously EH
