Holiday Inn Express & Suites Elk Grove Central - Hwy 99 by IHG

No working pool, no gym in the summer. The breakfast cinnamon rolls were great! Need more fresh fruit.

The hotel manager on 8/1/26 was very accommodating and flexible. I accidently booked a room for two nights at the Elk Grove, CA location and thought I booked it at Lincoln, CA which was about 50 minutes away. Being that my cancelation was within 24 hours, it could not be granted. I asked if the could then just cancel my second night. Through a 3rd party, the said that was granted. So I went back to the room on the first night and the manager said that they actually canceled both nights and I was supposed to be checked out. We discussed it at the door and agreed just to rebook for the night I was there. They covered for my error and I am now a big fan of Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express will always be my first choice from now on.

I everything was gree re at, it was under construction outside but you would have never known

staff very helpful, had large family group, and placed us as far away as possible

Well they checked us in, and then told us we couldn’t stay and have no reason

Place was under a remodel loud noise no gym

**Maids do NOT turn your forgotten items into the lost and found!!!** There were hairs on the bathroom floor when we checked in.

Staff were great. the rooms are all clean. Free breakfast was excellent

Breakfast - eggs were not kept warm in warmer, Food needs to be a lil upgraded. Lot of renovation going on. Difficult to find where to enter. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Front hotel assistants were very helpful.

Several electrical outlets did not work. Faucet in bathroom sink leaked

Stayed for 3 nights. My room was never CLEANED by housekeeping! I found one staff member cleaning a room. Asked about my room. Was told NOT my section. I said ok just give me toilet paper and towels. She said call the front desk for items! She was reluctant to give me the items however I was not budging until I received the items. No need for me to call front desk if you have the items I need! I'm very disappointed 😞
