Holiday Inn Express & Suites Elk Grove Central - Hwy 99 by IHG

Carpet is old but very clean. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Good breakfast every day. Room is spacious and nicely decorated. The only concern is parking not exclusively just for the hotel guests. It’s open to other surrounding businesses, stores and restaurants.

Very good

The staff were wonderful

Exceptional

It was very clean , and the staff was very friendly.

Superb

Clean and comfortable room Breakfast want out early enough before I had to leave at 7, and the coffee maker wasn’t working right

Despite the ongoing remodel construction, the stay was pleasant and convenient.

breakfast

Nice large room, good breakfast. No bathtub.

The location and the staff. There should be more lighting at the vanity mirror.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but noisy. The room had shutters on the windows, and they were not dark enough. It would be helpful to have blackout curtains.

Really nice was under construction but the family enjoyed it.. great area as well close to many things

Clean and well kept. Will stay again.

We just haven’t slept well there, so we will look for another place next time we are in the area.

The halls and rooms were about 80 degrees walking in, the ice machines on 3rd floor was out of service. Construction going on, people smoking pot right outside the alternative entrance. The rooms were clean, stairway had trash like hadnt been vacuum ed in a while, BEDS WERE AMAZING, STAFF WAS GREAT!

The lobby/ breakfast area are beautiful! I have particularly enjoyed the coffee machines. There’s nothing like a nice cup of fresh coffee instead of an old pitcher that’s been sitting around. I was also very pleased with the kind staff that never failed to greet me as I entered the building. I had several minor complaints: 1) I was not made aware in advance that the hotel was under construction. This caused unnecessary stress when I pulled into the parking lot and was immediately concerned that the booking service I used had made a mistake. 2) The floor of the elevator was in need of repair and was a tripping hazard for me (I am not able to walk well). 3) There was not a garbage bin in my bathroom. 4) I paid for a room that slept 4 but the balcony only had seats for 2.

Great location - safe and near restaurants! Stay was overnight only as on a long road trip! It’s perfect for an overnight stay - comfortable and clean with breakfast included! Easy access to 5 freeway!

Location was good I’d like to have been told about the construction taking place and would love there to have been more flexibility in helping me get checked in sooner.

Staff was super friendly Construction going on
