Room was dirty outlets didn't work the light in-between the beds didn't work and you guys still have sent me my money back for the deposit.

They switch up rates constantly you never know what your gonna pay especially weekly. The staff are rude. The first time I checked in the lady Andrea was extremely argumentative. I will not be returning and I'd advise others to spend your money elsewhere.

My room was fine. This hotel is in a sad state of repair. The check-in procedure is via zoom type meeting which doesn't work well if you're hearing-impaired.

Room service wasn’t done during my stay

It is very worn down, and old.

Overall the Hotel was a neat throwback to the old Holiday Inn's that had indoor pools with rooms adjacent to it. But, it is very worn down, dirty and showing it's age. The outdoor pool was drained and ducks were living in it. The room did not have a refrigerator or a coffee maker. The bathroom was dirty and the shower nasty. It is a very dated and worn down hotel. I would not stay there again, even though the price was decent, you can see why.

This was a low quality hotel with a high price. Dirty outside and not the cleanest room. Rough towels and the curtains didn’t even close all the way. We were in town for the ND game and was very disappointed

The beds were comfortable and the A/C functioned properly. We would not choose this location in the future.

Pool was down for maintenance when we stayed. Was not informed until after payment was processed and that was a big reason we went. Disappointed

The first thing I noticed when I opened my room door was the open window and the fan running on the air conditioner unit. Obviously trying to air out the smell in the room. I should have said something immediately. I've been staying in hotels for about a year in this area. This is the first one who accused me of smoking in the room and charged me $75 extra with no proof of anything but somebody's nose. I smoke yes. Cigars. So my stuff smells like cigars. This is the first time anyone has ever accused me of smoking in my room. Despite the people across the hall coughing and hacking they singled me out. What a scam. I definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

Everything was clean except the wash cloth in our bathroom.

The room was very clean. Parking was good. The staff was friendly. And this was conveniently next to a Mexican restaurant that had great food. The only negativity I would give this hotel is at the shower did not have a lot of pressure and they charge you extra for three adults in one room, even though it was a double room.

There was a bumch of people partying outside on the side of the hotel when we arrived. The lobby smelled as if someone dumped a gallon of cheap perfume on 5he floor. The smell of mold when we entered our 1st room took our breath away. There was mold growing up the end table and behind the entertainment stand. The man at the desk was anything but caring. The kiosk check-in is absolutely silly. The new room they put us in was better, but all the beds and decor were from the 1980s. Ceiling paint falling down, half the plugs didn't work. It was just very run down and not maintained at all. We will never stay here again or recommend this place. Absolutely trash.
