The backside of the hotel has a large parking lot that had 5-18 wheelers that would start their trucks every 20-30 minutes (not at the same time). There was an ice machine outside my room that would make start up every 15-20 minutes (it sounded like a hammer banging). The hotel allows homeless people to sleep on the furniture in the lobby (big safety/security issue). Contractors and truckers come in to eat breakfast. This is a mom and van pop operation. Breakfast was never ready at 6am. Between the trucks starting and the ice machine I got like 4 hours of sleep (not continuous of course). I won’t be staying here ever again, I’ve been a Hampton inn customer for 20 years and this is by far the worst location.

The beds were nice. I liked the room layout. I didn’t like that the pool was right in the lobby. It made the whole area smell like chlorine which wasn’t good especially when you’re trying to eat breakfast. Also, the water pressure was really weak.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and comfy. After my experience with Comfort Inn my brother who travels alit said to use Hampton and pay a bit more. He was so right! It was a bit hard to find.

There was mold in the shower and the water handle looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The first room they put me in had no door stop and the dead bolt did not work. The staff were friendly

The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. It was the best!

Very clean, well kept, and breakfast was well stocked and warm. Always love the waffles of course! My only negative was staff was not present a lot at the front desk.

All the workers were friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room we stayed in were very clean. We plan to stay again when visiting family. No complaints
