Hotel was being remodeled and not properly maintained. For the price I paid for one night stand,it was worth it.

Friendly staff. Many issues with older building. Toilet ran, tv /internet not working properly, repairs and updates on the building - wall paper peeling. Breakfast good but not kept hot. Hotel staff friendly.

The lemon water! Everything really we made reservations online said it had pool hot tub Jacuzzi tub. It was literally why we went. They seemed like maybe under new ownership possibly. It was being worked on. Pool and hot tub out of order Jacuzzi should probably have been filled and jets cleaned a bit better. Tub looked clean but jets still dirty took forever to fill tub and empty jet Gunk down . If you expect enough shampoo to wash anything you would be mistaken. found a dead bug in bathroom when I woke early to pee.we left didn't even stay the rest of our time. Shouldn't have opened yet till things got taken care of if it was new ownership or being fixed up and debugged ( roaches ).

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and saw to our needs They are in the midst of renovations.. so supplies were in the lobby area... but it didn't affect our stay.

Said it had availability for the night, was from out of town and hadn’t planned on staying. After purchasing the room was told they were completely booked and i got charged a cancellation fee.

The location worked for Notre Dame Pealing wall paper, cold shower, leaky air conditioner, shower diverter falling off. Unlocked outside doors and bad breakfast with coffee not being refilled. Pool not functioning. Way too pricy!

The location From the outside, many rooms with torn curtains, entered the lobby and was informed the pool was out of order, received a refund and stayed elsewhere.

List? Its outdated, dirty and pricey. 2 remotes for TV. Easily loose one and youre.easilly not watching the channels provided.

the location was right off the expressway there was plenty of parking the location was quiet no expressway noise they are remodeling you can see it all over the hotel there was a moldy smell in the elevator there was no pool access the breakfast milk was warm the coffee was out we had to ask staff to make more the shower and sink water pressure was awful the air in the room was off and the room was very hot and humid when we went to enter the room at midnight

I don't recommend anyone stay here! my room was not working properly. Lights,tv,in room Jacuzzi. Moved to another Jacuzzi room and it wouldn't hold water with the plug. lights didn't work. Next morning the hotel said breakfast from 7am to 10am . got the the breakfast area at 15 to 20 till 10am and everything was already closed down. One of the reasons I book hotels with pools and hot tubs is to relax, pool and hot tub was CLOSED! I was to stay 2 nights , I went home early and asked for a prorated day to get some of my money back and I was told NO! I'll never stay here again. Bad service, hospitality, everything CLOSED! SHAME!

Limited parking. Hard parking pulling any sort of trailer. One driveway in with almost no way to turn around with trailer. I lucked out being no cars in lot yet.
