I don't recommend anyone stay here! my room was not working properly. Lights,tv,in room Jacuzzi. Moved to another Jacuzzi room and it wouldn't hold water with the plug. lights didn't work. Next morning the hotel said breakfast from 7am to 10am . got the the breakfast area at 15 to 20 till 10am and everything was already closed down. One of the reasons I book hotels with pools and hot tubs is to relax, pool and hot tub was CLOSED! I was to stay 2 nights , I went home early and asked for a prorated day to get some of my money back and I was told NO! I'll never stay here again. Bad service, hospitality, everything CLOSED! SHAME!

Older C.I. and Suites in the middle of some major renovations. Hotel was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Priced right. Dripping tub faucet. I'm sure will be addressed during reno. Limited parking. Hard parking pulling any sort of trailer. One driveway in with almost no way to turn around with trailer. I lucked out being no cars in lot yet.

Pool hot tub was closed. Breakfast had a funny taste going on. V v óck

It's a very good value for the money! Clean/comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, great location. I would add, however, that if aesthetics and amenities are important to you, you might be a little disappointed (peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, construction dust and boxes of floor laminate in some of the hallways, pool was out of service--and I had to go through cupboards in the breakfast area to find a cup for coffee since there didn't seem to be an attendant for the eating area). Even so, I would stay there again when in the area for all of the reasons first mentioned.

Told hotel staff first night ac wasn’t working , they said give it time. Woke to 80 degrees in room kids and I sweating and miserable! moved into a room at 2pm non smoking with old smoke smell. No shampoo and conditioner in first room. Brkfast not good

I booked the room based on it had a pool, hot tub and exercise room. It did not have any of this available and they were doing construction all night on hotel so I did not get any sleep! I paid for a three star hotel and was given a two star hotel

It was the worst

Nothing Nothing tv in first room not working, peeling wallpaper and tub faucet leaking, cold breakfast both days there elevator inspection out of date by 3 months Listing did not say they were under renovation and the pool and hot tub did not work

Under construction. Including the room I was supposed to get with a King bed and jacuzzi. Hotel is very dated. Pool and hot tub under construction as well.

A/c worked in the room Coffee was good Check in easy Only 2 towels in the room for 3 guests I asked front desk they said all 2 queen rooms have 2 towels I asked if I could get another said didn't have any at front desk had to wait till morning (no help for night showering). Pool, spa and weight room closed (1 of reasons I picked this hotel) and had been closed for some time. The cereal was stale 3 different kinds, eggs cold and warmer had error notice. Eggs gone at 7:45 opened at 7 figured would replace went back down with child at 9 no eggs and said no more closed at 10. You (booking) said check out 12 check out hotel had sign 11 and said 11.

Exceptional

The sheets were not all white. My husband tried to get clean ones but the staff weren't too keen about that idea. If you value cleanliness, you might want to go elsewhere. We chose this motel because we had stayed there a few years ago and it was nice. Evidently, something has changed.

Location only! Nothing work right, microwave, swimming pool was no available, lights burned out, was moved to a different room because of disgusting green crust in bath tub which the attendant seemed to think it was in and acted as if we should complain, everything was run down, bedding was old and thin overused. No air conditioning in lobby or breakfast area. They didn't offer compensation for their disappointments of the place. Really not a complainer but damn the place was not good was their first my son's wedding and had to just deal with it. I paid full price for a let down.

It was closed! And when we showed up to a closed hotel, We were very upset that no one had called us to let us know that it was closed so we had to find another hotel at the last minute!!

The hot water would come and go every 2 minutes.

Good selection The room was damp and musty. Everything felt damp even our clothes.

Lobby, hallways and breakfast area were not air conditioned. Internet didn't work.
