Lovely room, comfortable beds! Everything works great! Pleasant and kind staff!

For over $200 a night, you might as well stay in motel 6.

The place was dirty and way outdated. From the smell when you walk in to the room. Our room didn’t even have a proper number on the door it was written on in black sharpie. Door had a decent gap in it when it was closed. Didn’t feel safe at all as two females staying there. Room was filthy. Tv didn’t work. Got two tiny pillows on the bed. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

One Ice Machine for a three Hotel. It did not work so I told the manager and he did not care. Very poor amenities. No hot breakfast the first morning. very discouraging.

Room was filthy, mildew on AC vent, dried blood/boogers on wall. The place smelled like an old hotel. Staff can barely speak english. Spend a little xtra and stay elsewhere.

Room was not very clean-ran out of breakfast-only vending area (ice machine) on the first floor, stayed on the 3rd very low ice in machine and had to use a scooper to get it out.

Before I could check out the room, I was asked if everything was OK and I said everything seemed to be OK to begin with the TV didn’t work so I had to go back and tell him that that was easily fixed when I went back in the room when I took my shoes off, I stepped on wet carpet. There was an obviously leak in the ceiling, and you could see where had been swept, but the floor was completely wet. Microwave was filthy. I forgot to take a picture of that. I arrived on Thursday evening and I left the following Wednesday morning. I never received any fresh towels no fresh linen. The only thing that was done during my stay was maybe twice the trash was taken other than that. Nothing mold on the floor mold on the shower curtain ripped shower curtain. I know I was getting a good deal and I didn’t expect five star hotel but I did expect much more than what I received would not recommend to anyone no air-conditioning on the day I arrived in the lobby or in the halls also, I inquired about the icemaker as there was no ice in it. I asked if there was another one was told no and that one was out of order.

We enjoyed the large room and bathroom with jetted tub. The hot tub was not operating due to mechanical issues and we were told parts were on order. The hot tub blower motor was broke. Still had hot water. The pool & hot tub were dirty. Nothing was vacuumed in the pool or hot tub.

This place was the worse place i have ever seen. The room was dirty, white sheets were stained and smelly. The odor inside the room almost made me vomit. The comforters were ripped. Building all rusty and old. Will never stay in a place like this ever.

you get what you pay for

Carpet worn out on floor in room with tacks sticking up, TV difficulty in turning on, ver poor picture, no hot water in shower the last morning there, a 2 night stay and no room cleaning, told afterwards that you had to ask for it. Old worn out building from the 70’s.

Pool is gross but the hot tub is even worse. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Our room was very dirty. We booked a queen bed and was given a full. When we mentioned the problem to the check in clerk, he said it was a “ hotel queen”.

Location and the beds were comfy and clean the guy at the front desk had a bad attitude although other staff seemed friendly. The other facilities were not clean the pool and hot tub and common areas the furniture in the room was marked on and the dresser had cigarette burns on it the place had a musty smell in the lobby

The jetted tub was huge. The room was unfinished (missing half of the trim around the room).

A much better stay this time. Cleaner, more helpful, breakfast was better too

The staff was very rude. We checked out after three nights. And i have been trying to call the front desk several times per day with no answer. They sure do not know how to efficiently run a business or polite respectful I was appalled and the room & bed smelled musty and like urine mildew. I didn’t even wanna have my child there. t and the bed smelled like musty urine and the guy was very rude to me and he barely spoke English. I chose this hotel and expedia mainly because of the pool & hottub and and the second day we were there not even 24 hours they had a maintenance sign up all day stating the pool was closed for maintenance. Whenwe asked front desk employee about it that night and they said oops we forgot to take the sign down & the pool was actually opened. I had to leave my vehicle in parking lot with all of my family’s belongings in it bc i do not have license and we live far from there. When I returned with the driver, the hotel had had it towed and I still have not been able to find out where my car was impounded. now I’ve lost a vehicle & I lost four nights in the hotel and the three nights I spent were disgusting and bad customer service so I will not be going to that hotel again and i believeit is only right to atleast reimburse my cost for the days i was already checked out. I will not be returning to that hotel and am highly dissatisfied
