Sleep Inn Elkhart North

Specifically booked for a pool and hot tub. Why are these properties allowed to have false amenities listed? There is a nice new hotel right behind this one that is similarly priced, go there. The breakfast was basically nothing. I predict this place will be closed in the next few months, or only open for the locals who stay by the week.

Worst hotel we have stayed at. Staff never at front desk. Pool and spa under maintenance. Didn't know til we arrived. No microwave in room. Hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade.Loud music being played at 4:30 AM. Smelled like curry. Didn't bother with continental breakfast. Will never be back

Hotel is complete trash. Our room was not even cleaned. Looks like they went in and picked up trash and made the beds with dirty sheets. When I went to front desk they kept saying my room was clean and they didn't have any other rooms. I practically had to beg for clean sheets to put on myself. When I asked housekeeping the next day to clean our room because it was completely dirty. They came in and swept but that was it and they put the dirty stuff on the floor piled back up on the bed. Breakfast was put out then completely ignored so the place was trashed. The pool and hot tub were completely filthy scum all along the rim, supposedly was closed for cleaning the morning we checked in so if that was clean I cannot imagine how it was b4. I booked cause the last few reviews were ok. THIS PLACE IS NOT OK. I wish I could get my hard earned money back. I always go cheap as possible and I've stayed in some not so nice places but this was the worst.

The only thing I can say in a positive word is that the Bed was pretty comfortable overall Advertised as having a pool (pool was clised for work), Suppose to be 2 queen beds (got 2 full size), floor was sticky in the room, no conditioner, FLEAS

Nothing about this establishment met even the bare minimum of service The night staff was rude and unwelcoming. The phone and TV didn't work in our room. Did you cozy type that we paid extra for was disgusting. Couldn't even use it. There were no shampoos, soaps, coffee accommodated nothing but a USED little travel size sanitizer. The room reeked of cigarettes, the furniture what stained the carpets look like they had not been swept in months.

The nicest the thinking about this hotel was it had a hot tub. There wasn’t a person to check us in at 3pm. Breakfast was definitely lacking. Place has seen better day's

Staff was rude asked for 2 extra towels and was denied of them because the desk staff saw my family visiting and assumed they were all staying even though the building has a back exit where they went through ,, horrible hygiene problems mold everywhere , dirty floors dirty bedding , dirty curtains , it was the worst experience I’ve ever had while staying in a hotel

Nothing wouldn't let me stay because power outage Took my money

No pool No hotub, which is why I chose this hotel and this location. Pillows were flat TV didn't work

Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Only 1 towel for 2 people....had to bicker to get another one.

This was a horrible stay room was not ready pool was not ready tv was not available amongst other things did not like my stay at all.

So I did. And I’m glad I did because when I got to the second hotel, they explained that there was severe weather that had taken out the power in the area BUT they still honored our booking and did not push us away. Would not come back

Nothing at all,paid in advance for rooms and never got to stay. Still waiting for refund Very rude workers. Got kicked out as soon as we arrived and no refund for room I paid for. Very shady looking people hanging out there.

Was 10 min away from. Job. The floor was broken and loose. Ain't was on my food and table, sink would not shut off, no hot water had to tell to turn on hot water,charged me a 50.00 deposit. Very small shower. Tried to get more money from me. Had sights on pool doors like it was closed had a bucket in hallway to collect dri

Genuinely a nice experience. We arrived late and left early, so not alot of time to enjoy amenities, but staff was great, the room was quality, and the breakfast was great.

Pool & hot tub was only open for 5hrs of our 2night stay... and Im pretty sure it's because I kept asking if it was open yet. The hot tub was the literal reason why we booked here. Breakfast was free.
