The property and staff were great. The room had wonderful entities. Didn't get much sleep because they allow dogs, and the room across from us had a yippee barking dog at all hours

I have reached out and never get a response. Very frustrating and disappointing.

When arrived there was no power. While the power outage was due to a storm, we were not contacted ahead of time of the situation. They did nothing to make the situation right. The power didn't come on until 2 in the morning. We were on the 3rd floor so we had to carry our stuff up 3 flights of stairs. The hallways had no lights and we were not sorry they didn't have any flashlights. No hot water since there was no power. We were told we could open the windows, they opened about an inch. There was no bedding for the pull out, so I had to go back down 3 flights of stairs to get that. I was told they might have stains on them because they weren't able to do laundry and they were older bedding. Couldn't charge any of our phones to make sure we had a way to wake up. Maybe had we known we would have stopped before we got there or changed our plans.

Ice in fridge never produced after turned on but clean room Relatively friendly staff I’m hoping I just paid the price we agreed on cause no person to checkout out with Just a phone call note to call at the front desk So I called and said 209 checking out no charges to room And they said ok About to book my daughters parent weekend with u guys

Couldn't sleep because it was too hot, thermostat didn't work. Stupid motion detected lights went off every 15 minutes and the channel selection on TV was wack.
