Comfort Suites Elkhart North

The bathroom door was falling apart. I paid in advance by a third party, then got a receipt at checkout for another room charge. Later, after looking at the receipt I noticed my name with an unknown out of state address and a credit card charge that was not my account.

Pretty much everything. Friendly staff, location and price Just not home is all.

Convenient and clean. Nothing wrong with the property.

The location is convenient. The hotel is falling apart. The curtain shears in the room were shredded bits of thread hanging on a curtain rod. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the rest of the room was very outdated and unserviceable. The swimming pool is disgusting. I spent half of my time cleaning hairballs from the pool with a net until I finally gave up and went back to the room. The whirlpool has been out of service for more than a year. It’s now used as a trash bin. For the Price they’re charging there are far nicer hotels in the same half mile radius for less money.

Breakfast could be better as far as eggs go

The beds were comfortable and the staff at the counter was very nice and helpful. The pool was great maybe a bit to much chlorine in it. The breakfast was great. I will be staying there again when I come up. Thank you to everyone my family really enjoyed it.

This was probably the best comfort Inn we ever stayed in. We’ve been traveling across country and we’ve stayed in three or four of them and this one was the best. The staff was wonderful, especially the girl that was on the Night Shift on September 3. Very very helpful. The breakfast was good. But what impressed us the most was that it had a door stop so we could bring our luggage in without the door closing on us all the time. Nothing

Nice & comfortable room !

Place was excellent, with a good complimentary breakfast, indoor pool, clean, roomy, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and it is rare that a stay will be comfortable enough that I don't miss home. Excellent find! Bacon? Everything is better with bacon.. but the sausage was good.

Exceptional

The room was very nice. We were traveling and got in after midnight, were only staying for 7 hours but still got charged full price. The clerk was unpleasant.

The customer service is horrible. The guy at the desk was not helpful and rude. If I were to go back to the area I would stay somewhere else.

From the checkin until we left everything was perfect. The rooms were quite large and very clean. We loved the bathroom toiletries already available for use. It is near many close stores within a short drive. The price was perfect for a one night stay
