It was a good stay in this hotel. It is new that’s what I like. Decent Breakfast. The bathroom is not clean, still has shit stain on the toilet, shower floor is dirty. The TV streaming is soooo inconvenient, better to provide a remote control, the tv volume is too low barely hear what it says and hopefully the rooms has a Microwave. Everytime you get up from the bed you can hear the spring noise.

Very clean

We stayed for a softball tournament. The hotel was very modern and decor was fun. The rooms were clean, check in and out was easy. We didn’t get to use the breakfast buffet as we had to be out and on our way at 6:15AM for the fields so I can’t comment on that. Overall, we would stay again.

This property has a great location if youre traveling. Close to the toll road, close to plenty of food and shopping options. The pool was ice cold, but worse yet were the acoustics in the rooms. Thses walls are parchment paper thin. We could hear entire conversations from our neighbors. Had to leave the TV on to drown out the noise.

Clean room, clean location. Good food. Great place for a football weekend.

Bed cover was smothering. Too hot, a/c was difficult to adjust either too cold or not cool enough
-
Cleanliness of room. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Will be staying at Avid anytime I travel.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Would have preferred a king bed. Breakfast could be improved. Breakfast wasn’t the very good.

The breakfast for 3 days was the same scrambled eggs and turkey sausage! Need more variety!
