We had to be moved to the top floor due to a heavy-footed person above us. I think your floors are not insulated enough between each floors.

We liked the hotel. The front desk staff were so friendly. We brought our dog and the pet fee was super reasonable. The shower floor appears stained but the room was clean otherwise. Would stay here again.

Our first time staying with avid hotel north in Elk Hart Indiana and the stay was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was relaxing too. Our room was great. Quick and easy to check in and out.

The breakfast was decent. The staff person very pleasant. I was not disappointed. I would stay again.

Highly recommend this hotel traveling with or without a pet. Staff is excellent and friendly, room was very clean and breakfast was excellent with good variety. Pool and excercise room also very clean and equipped well. For all of that, price was very reasonable. Will stay here anytime we are in Elkhart!

The property, although fairly new, feels tired and nearly everywhere you could see the results of careless, surface cleaning with no real attention to detail. The breakfast area was dirty and poorly stocked; the employee who 'worked' to keep it running did very little. The desk receptionist watched in between looks at her phone, but did nothing to help. The inside of our room door was full of fingerprints. Etc., etc. We
