First room the bathroom door didn't latch. Got moved to a second room and that bathroom door didn't latch either.

The breakfast was good and front desk lady was nice The bathroom could use some updating and there was no shower gel or bath soap. The couch had some animal fur or something on it

It was nothing crazy honestly, a roof and a bed for the night. Breakfast wasn't made at the time they planned which was 6am but I mean I had to hit the road either way so driving on an empty stoma sucks but what can ye do

The room was horribly dirty,the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and part of the ceiling had fallen in the bathtub. Mold all over the curtains. We had to ask to change rooms. The only good part of the stay was the front desk woman was kind and apologetic. Pool was dirty as well. We were only staying one night as we were just driving through otherwise would have changed hotels.

The cleanliness, the amenities, and the location The Air conditioner in the room was s little fant and needed to be fix. The staff could look more presentable. I thought one of the guys was a truck driver coming in.

The area was nice and the check in was easy. My room had a leak in the ceiling and the trash can was sitting on the desk to catch it. They did at least come and change the trash bag the next day.

We arrived late woke up after breakfast ended they let us enjoy a breakfast after it had closed most places dont do that they were friendly and provided excellent chic-fil-a kinda customer service 1000 percent would recommend and stay again

Easy parking. Lots of grass areas for walking a dog. Room was clean and quiet. At breakfast had decaf coffee (many hotel continental breakfasts do not). I stay here every time I stop in Elkhart. Nice to have good overhang for unloading / loading in the rain.
