Great place and very helpful staff

Did not use the amenities but the hotel and staff were great

Simple, clean room. Friendly staff. Elevator out of order at evening check-in. 2nd floor room toting up a pet carrier was balanced with a waved pet fee. All operational by morning. Fair enough. Would stay again.

Only location was good. Hotel needs a lot of improvement, especially in training front desk staff (especially younger guy working morning shift for weekend). Who is welcoming someone while sitting and eating or saying a word when checking out? No help whatsoever when addressed that neither toaster nor waffle maker are not working. "It's not working!" Oh, really? Breakfast was terrible, literally no items and we had to leave at 6:30 am both days for a swim competition, so food could not be gone already at 6:05am. Shower on 3rd floor does not have ANY pressure, so good luck ladies with washing your hair. Pool..oh my. Pool was NEVER cleaned. Reflector from the pool was hanging on it's wires outside of the pool. Isolation from the ceiling was hanging from the light, no towels at the pool... Just o e very bad experience overall. Will NOT be back ever to any Quinta hotel.

Well, we only got to stay 2 nights because we had to leave early. Everything was fine for the two nights we we there. We would have liked to stay there the full week.
-
The floor titles were loose tripped over them several times they were also wet and sticky felt very unclean was only given 1 container of soap/shampoo had several children and adults breakfast was cold and had to wait for more food

Awesome beds and breakfast - very clean!

Pretty run down facility. It was a place to get a couple hours rest. Breakfast was not great, they were out of most things at 7:30. Right after checking out my credit card was hacked for a $1,600 airline ticket. I would avoid staying at this hotel!!!

Tub was extremely slippery and we had two of our kids fall in the shower. Not enough towels for 4 people and had to ask for more. Staff was very nice except when I went to check out, the desk clerk saw me coming and walked away.

Not the cleanest and the place was so hot. Tub didn't drain when showering and bathroom door never shut. Had issues with the people on the same floor and kids running around all night and slamming doors and yelling. Was going to call down to the front desk but the phone didn't even work to do that.

The room smelled like mildew and the bathroom floors felt slimy/greasy
-
Staff very helpful. Room nice and clean. Tim was really helpful at the desk.
-
Poor breakfast ,pool closed and staircase smelled like mold and was dirty .Staff not very nice
-
Unclean and needs updating

Good solid well maintained hotel. They had issues from the storms but unfair to review them for issues outside their control. As a one night stay it was a good choice.

Front desk personnel seemed overwhelmed, and was not professional at all. He kept spelling my last name wrong and told me it was no big deal when I corrected him. One of my rooms had a foul sewage smell so he assigned a new room which was okay. After going out and returning, the elevator was now supposedly broken down per the front desk attendant, and out of order sign on the elevator door. After climbing stairs to the 3rd floor, there was no out of order sign on the elevator door on that floor, nor on the 2nd floor as we later discovered. Guests already upstairs had no way of knowing the elevator was supposedly not working. Later, my daughter used the elevator from the 3rd floor, not knowing the gate was across the door on the first floor with an out of order sign, but it ended up being operational, not broken. No explanation was given when asked. This was very frustrating because my husband was unable to join family in the lobby because he couldn’t go down and back up the 3 flights of stairs again due to recovering from knee surgery. Overall, this was a very frustrating visit.

Got put in a bottom floor room, floor/carpet was wet. They switched our room, then it started raining and the top window seal was leaking major. Went back to the front desk, just to be told other rooms were having the same problem 😕.

It's a La Quinta. So, it's exactly what you know La Quinta's are everywhere. It was fine. The staff was kind and for an overnight stay it was perfect with a reasonable rate. I'd skip the breakfast personally and go somewhere else for that. But, this location gets the job done for a quick drive through.

Breakfast was fresh but poor quality ingredients.
