Ramada by Wyndham Elko Hotel at Stockmen's Casino

Best free breakfast at any hotel we have stayed (we average 75 hotel stays per year). Did NOT smell like smoke (thank you)!

Rooms were clean and staff helpful

The casino is small but quaint and the staff is nice and attentive. The machines do pay off.

The building is an older building but in good shape. The room was clean. Our air conditioner in the room wasn't working properly and the very kind woman at the front desk was quick to help, very responsive. The complementary breakfast was not great, the sausage was low quality and the eggs tasted like the powdered eggs. The pool was great. The pool was clean with plenty of seating as well.

Located in Elko, great for visiting Lamoille Canyon, well worth visiting

Conveniently located, rum was adequate, simply amenities. The a/c was not functioning properly to cool the room. Security came in an attempt to fix it. We were offered a box fan,, it was easily 100* and it was very uncomfortable

Staff in the morning was helpful

not a great stay. luckily it was only for one night. The evening desk attendant on staff when we checked in was not very helpful, the elevator only went up, the room AC didn't work, the sink was clogged, the remote didn't work

We rolled in late but had a comfortable stay as the beds were comfy and the room and hotel are well maintained. Shower had nice pressure too.

Not real clean. Doesn't smell the freshest. Ice makers out of order. Seemed kind of run down.

Worst clean I've seen in years. The floors weren't vacuumed. Which means it wasn't mopped. My feet proved that. Hair all on the floor and shower. AC unit hardly works. The coffee "maker" is comically bad. Expected much more from the reviews.

Liked the historic feel of the place

The a/c wasn't working, it was 90 degrees in the room, and when my husband spoke to the manager JR she told him that we didn't have to stay there. Completely rude and unprofessional. They don't understand the concept of customer service. The bathroom was dirty, and hadn't been cleaned. Ice machines weren't working on any floor and one of the garbage cans smelled of vomit. Will never stay there again and will not recommend. Disgusting place.

The hotel is really clean. The AC was not working in our hotel room, so they moved us to a different suite. For that I was happy and grateful for. It is connected to the casino, but we are non smokers and it was nice that we did not smell smoke in our room. It was really quiet and we got great sleep.

Was more like a motel don’t know how this is a 3 star hotel

AC was down and apparently had been for several days. It would have been nice to have an option to rebook somewhere else. A coworker stayed the week before and said it was down then so I feel there could have been a warning. Staff was super nice about it though and tried to move me to another room but it was the same issue.

A.C. didn't keep room cool ?

We were able to check in a bit early and enjoy the pool area. Pool was nice and clean but loungers and deck needed to be hosed off. Room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious.

We have stayed here several times and this is the first time we truly was not happy with all the issues.
