I didn’t even have enough time to go to the pool. other than that, everything was good. you can’t advertise specials and then people are coming in a little bit early and they wanna drop their luggage off and then see the little town and go swim and then they’re charged $25. It defeats the purpose., Ty

The rooms are clean and maintained daily, with plenty of space. Breakfast isn't complementarity so be careful, and it is very lively which isn't a surprise for a casino. But they put me right next time an exit that's lound and ills made of flimsy plywood that someone could break into easily.

It was the most unfriendly place I have ever stayed. As soon as we went inside the staff was like ‘’why are you here’’ It was before check in time and we knew it, just wanted to check maybe rooms were ready. Our question was answered before we asked, I’m a manner like, it is not 3 pm yet just get lost. We will never going to stay in this hotel again.

The staff gets an A+. Casino, front desk and restaurant. The common areas of the hotel looked they were from the 1970's. Old and worn carpet, peeling paint, old doors, the pool area was a disaster. The water was clean but the patio looked old and worn out.

Very family friendly, cafe is very convenient and the waitresses are very friendly

The room was clean and had a small table that was a little too tall for me to sit at comfortably. The real breakfast was nice.

Fitness facility was two treadmills and a recumbent bike, no room or equipment to strength train. No working ice machines anywhere in the hotel, my shower wouldn’t drain, and the “included” breakfast at the onsite restaurant featured some of the worst eggs I’ve ever tried to eat. Terrible value overall at this property

Older property and not maintained well. The air conditioner and toilet lid were both broken. Missing soap in the bathroom. The room looked wiped down but not clean. Some of the pillow cases and towels were stained. The staff was friendly. The parking lot was full and hard to find a spot.

Room was clean and equipped with all our needs. Staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was more than expected, very good too.

The staff was so incredibly nice including the house keepers :) would stay again if I ever find myself in Elko.

Breakfast was very good -- sit down in the coffee shop and not the usual sparce buffet usually found in hotels. Internet access was so slow that it was unusable. There's also no desk in the standard rooms, so don't plan on answering e-mails or doing any work that requires Wi-Fi.

Check-in woman was extremely helpful with a booking problem of my making. I really appreciated her willingness to assist and make our stay comfortable. Nice rooms, well equipped. Dark curtains provided a fullnight’s sleep.

The continental breakfast was awesome
