The website lists a "Swimming Pool" .......it has been closed off for a very long time. A pool listed in the amenities of false advertising......

Room was very clean and plenty of room to sleep and enjoy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems at all, very nice place to stay.

Went take a shower drain is all clogged up he needs work. Customer service is great couldn’t access to swimming pool swimming pool covered it tells me they’re too cheap to pay for insurance so they’re not willing to spend money in some work remodel their rooms upgrade with USB ports and lights. The hotel is way behind. It needs to be remodel.

The motel was conveniently located, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast way good with a variety of food choices. I would stay here again.

Pool is empty. The air smelled like urine. Not sure if it’s the town that smells or the water on the bottom of the empty

Breakfast was fine, but coffee was only luke warm. Beds were ok. Would stay there again.

More of a "Grab and go" breakfast. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was very nice.

This isn't a three-star property. The price was much more competitive than the other three-star properties, so I should have done more research. We were just looking for a good bed and a shower during a long trip. I have trouble getting the room cooled down. The breakfast area was very small, so we skipped and went out to a regular cafe and enjoyed breakfast there. It just felt like more of an old two-star hotel.

Great location in Elko. Standard continental breakfast with long hours. Excellent TV choices. Tight parking lot. Great air conditioning. Clean swimming pool.

The chicken woman was delightful. The best choice in a place with not much to choose from. They were pet friendly which was helpful. The pool also looks nice but we did not use it
