Thr room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night.

Basic room but perfect for a one night stay.

Room smells

Bring the bug spray! Woke up in the morning with ants crawling all over me under the sheets. Jumped out of bed - ants all over the floor. Ants in the bathtub. Ants on the toilet. Ants, ants, ants. The response from the front desk when I complained? "Well, you booked the hotel on a 3rd party site, so complain to them."

Bed was comfy.

I got all three was extremely satisfied, and if I pass through Elko again, I will definitely stay there.

Large clean room with comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Decent price, very quiet, and the room was very clean. we were on a quick trip from Fernley for a football game. what we didn't care for were the pillows. half a pillow and hard as a rock.

The breakfast choices were good. Coffee could be better if you purchased a better quality brand.

Appears foreign owned. Claims to have a nice breakfast, but it's pure unhealthy cheap premade frozen items. Pure poison to our systems. Staff was friendly, pool closed indefinitely.

Comfortable bed and quiet room despite being just off the road and delicious breakfast with good options including fresh waffle or breakfast sandwich or oatmeal. Coffee was a little light as I prefer a darker roast and all other provisions were plentiful.

It's tough when your boss has a medical emergency and leaves you in charge as one of two staff members of a Motel for 4 days. But I met a woman of incredible determination, commitment and not a little exhaustion who was doing this at the Thunderbird Hotel in Elko. The rooms were clean, nothing was broken, breakfast was set out on time and there was free wi-fi and both a working mini-fridge and a microwave. The Pool was under repair , but it hadn't advertised as a hotel with a pool so no problem there. The AC /heater worked splendidly and I had a decent night's sleep. When one is just traveling cross-country this is about as perfect as it gets and I was very satisfied.

Great location, friendly and accommodating owners. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Clean

The room was unacceptably dirty. One of the towels had dark spots, and the carpet had multiple stains. For such a high price, this level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable.

Hotels dot com reviews are no longer to be relied upon. This was excellent? At best it was a dated 2 star hotel in a small town. How does it get a rated like an upscale hotel? Was clean and tolerable but dated.

The lady that checked us in was so nice and the breakfast and location were very good. The bed was not very comfortable and the property is older and in need of some repair.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple.

The website lists a "Swimming Pool" .......it has been closed off for a very long time. A pool listed in the amenities of false advertising......
