Sunrise inn

We literally got there and were so disgusted with the filthy hotel that we called La Quinta and refused to stay at the Travelodge. I assumed the name Wyndham meant it would be in decent condition. The room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator and there was trash everywhere. I would rather sleep in my car. AND they did not refund the money, even though we did not even take a key because it was that scary. Hotel.com should take this hotel option off their site...no one deserves to be surprised like we were at the deplorable conditions.

This hotel should be condemned. It's reputation is known in the area for broken windows, prostitution, and drugs. It's rundown and should be an utter embarrassment to the "Wyndham" name! We advise they be taken off of any travel list of choices. My Husband turned on the bathroom light and cockroaches scurried from the walls. We immediately requested a total cancellation and refund. Our air didn't work we went in and asked to be moved n they told us they had no other rooms n there where plenty we waited about an hour or two to see if the room was just hot n the air would cool it down and they told us because we waited they wouldn't do nothing

Upon entering the room, there was no smoke detector, room was not very clean. The sheets were stained. The tub faucet knobs were falling off. The main door magnetic locking mechanism would not open. The staff had to let us in the room with a key. The TV was analog with basic channels like from the 1980's.

Do not book this place. Cheap for a reason. Rooms reek of smoke and bed bugs must be a staple in this place. Travel Lodge Wyndham please pull your name from this dingy place before you get sued. I should get a refund Don’t do it and stand warned

Really worst place ever been

Dirty room and bathroom , no fridge , TV didnt work . Booked 2 nights and ran out after 1 and didnt look back .

The room was never cleaned prior to me coming in, there was toothpaste spit on the sink. Trash and stains still on bathroom floor. There are roaches, the lock doesn't work. There is old furniture falling apart just outside of rooms on the sidewalk. Fridge in room doesn't work correct. No smoke alarm in room. The structure of awning was dangerous as the posts weren't holding anything up. Place is not worth the price, not even half. I will be requesting a refund from corporate.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Hotels.com regarding this booking. At the time of this review, Hotels.com is showing the Travelodge listing for $59/night and Sunrise Inn -- the exact same property -- for $48/night. It is the same property!!! Non-functioning smoke detectors, exposed plumbing, toilet seat attached by ropes, peeling wallpaper, etc. I supplied pictures to both Hotels.com and Wyndham about this property. At least when I brought the issue up with Wyndham, they offered me sufficient reward points as well as forwarded my complaint to their Field Operations staff for immediate review and follow up with the property.

Terrible Experience...Dirty, rundown, unsanitary, unsafe...

The staff weren't rude and the location was off the highway so it had a large selection of places to eat from. The room was disgusting. The bathroom wasn't cleaned with black stains all over. The place was dusty, dead cockroaches on the sink and a smoke detector on the floor. The smell was even worse making our stay there horrible.

Room was not clean, insects, was supposed to have microwave & mini-fridge. Fridge was unplugged from power when we arrived and inside was dirty and had mold and insects. When we plugged it in fan was making noise so we immediately unplugged it. There was no chair for the desk, I requested a chair 4 days in a row and one was never brought to the room. We cleaned and disinfected the room ourselves and did insect abatement ourselves. There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived and ended up providing our own. We were very concerned that we may have been exposed to insect eggs that we would transfer to our baggage and so left as much as possible in the car. A significant amount of food we brought for a week long stay went bad in our cooler because there was no ice or fridge available upon our arrival. Absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been in !

Toilet didn’t work

I did not even stay. I booked on accident and got screwed. It needs to be condemed like the Roadway Inn that is now part of the roadway of 896 and 95.

There are people living in this motel. People were sitting outside listening to loud music until 11pm. I was awoken at 6:45am by more loud music coming from a car parked outside three doors down. Bathroom floor in my room was falling apart. I felt like it could cave in at any second. One towel, two washclothes, one hand towel. For two people? No toothpaste, tissues, extras of any kind in the room, including coffee maker. Sheets had burn holes in them even though it was a non-smoking room. The parking lot has a huge crater in it, with just one traffic cone beside it.
