The late night front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The room wasn't cleaned well, and materials like flooring, counters, curtains showed their age. Bedding wasn't very warm, pillows alarmingly lumpy, walls are thin. Not enough parking. Coffee at breakfast was weak and they didn't have any unflavored or unsweetened creamer. The room didn't smell fresh, but it wasn't too terrible.

Checked in to the room and the bed was covered in bedbugs and stains. Bathroom had roaches in it. I told the front desk and they didn't seem shocked. They said they would help me process a refund since it was done through Hotels.com. However, they have since denied that there are bugs and refuse to help. This is still ongoing and I, more than likely, won't be getting a refund since Hotels.com refuses to process it without the hotel's approval.

Bed was fine, it had a fridge. Check in was 3pm, we got there at 430pm and room wasn’t ready. No bathroom soap etc, no hairdryer either.

Nome at the motel desk checking in , was very good on handling my booking change. As was James. Clean great location. Might want to replace the toilet seat in 103 as it’s been depreciated and the toilet is very very old and low low low for my mature body!

Was an excellent hotel for what I wanted. It was just an overnight stop on a long drive along I90. It had a good hot shower, comfortable bed, reasonable motel breakfast, nice staff, good locations to eat within walking distance. Will use it again.

Room was clean but had a chemical smell like smoking was covered up. The electrical outlets on the lamps by the bed were iffy. Paper thin walls. Decent motel for a quick overnight stay. We didn't go to the breakfast. Has a river behind it which was very peaceful. All in all ok. Price was good.

Beddings stink

The room was clean enough. The beds looked to have clean sheets on them. The floor was most definitely not vacuumed. There was dirt clumps and pebbles on the floor. In between the beds was a wet spot on the floor that never dried the 3 nights I stayed. The toilet ran for a long time, every time it was flushed, and the tub was clogged, so when I showered I had to stand ankle deep in my dirty shower water. Also the room smelled of cigarette smoke, microwaved breakfast burritos and weed.

The overall level of services were great. I will return.

The facility is old but maintained as best as can be without updating it (my uppity self talking). It’s a bit noisy because it’s right next to a busy diesel road and business that cater to the trucking industry. Despite that, we were able to sleep and the room was cozy. The staff were very welcoming and I saw them always doing something and treated us well. Good value for the price.

This place was a hot mess. Stay away if you want a relaxing stay. The room had so many issues. There were stains on the comforter just to name a few. You could see outside from under the door. This is hands down is the worst place Ive ever checked into. We left and they refused to give us a refund. We were booked for 3 days and still. refused. Expedia was of little to no help. I won't be using Expedia again.
