Clean room and easy check in. Nice staff

Superb

Exhaust fan ran continuously while trying to sleep. Could not find how to turn on floor lamp. Temperature was set at 65 but was able to turn it off. Not easy to understand where to park. Needed to wander around past designated other parking spots. Could easily resolve that by a simple task.

Great hotel. Easy walking around town. The top deck, restaurant, and store make for an enjoyable stay.

Location is great. Lighting is good despite dark colors. The HVAC in both rooms we rented were loud. One faced a brick wall in the alley behind the building.

Spotless room right in the middle of town! Easy walking to restaurants, and a great Asian bistro in the hotel. Loved our stay.

This hotel was incredibly beautiful, the best part was the noodle infusion restaurant downstairs.

The hotel is located in a perfect area close to shops and restaurants. The room was super clean and very well kept. Stocked with extra towels in the room. It also had on-sight parking as well for an extra $10 a day. Has a lovely rooftop as well and bar/ lounge area. Would stay here again. Staff was helpful in giving recommendations and made it a lovely stay.

The location was fantastic & the staff were so kind and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfy. The restaurant in the hotel wouldnt let me sit in the lobby bar to be served food - I had my Chihuahua & didn’t want to even try to bring him into the dining area so asked if I could 10ft away in the lobby bar where the dog was ok - but no. Pet friendly hotel but dogs can’t be left unattended & arent allowed in common spaces

Great location! Comfy beds! Hotel was having issues with water—-cold showers! Brrrr! They were gracious and provided us with a small discount! Happy with the customer service! Some issues cannot be prevented!

Nice property. Only negative was a bathroom fan that ran all the time with no switch to turn it off.

Restaurant and Bar closed on the day and night I was there. Slow check in at 4 I one of two people there at the time took 20 minutes with 2 check in persons helping.

I wanted to love my stay here for the state high school music competition. I am only giving two stars though because of the complete inability to turn off the bathroom fan. It was so loud that I slept horribly, which was not what I needed for two performance days as my school's accompanist. Very disappointing for the price I paid for an upgraded room. I do understand why they needed it on for moisture control, which was the answer from the kind staff upon inquiry. I wore noise cancelling headphones to sleep and could still hear it. Perhaps this is not a requirement for every room, but be aware. Good location though, easy walk to restaurants in the downtown area.
