We had a lovely stay, property was beautiful and staff was extremely nice! Nothing negative to say about the property.

Just okay. Was expecting better for the price and the dog fee was $50, which is double what we usually pay at hotels and didnt even get a pup pack or anything. Would not stay here again.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed.

What a lovely property! The historical vibe is well combined with modern amenities. The room was spacious and the location is perfection. Very walkable. Can’t wait to stay here the next time we are in Ellensburg!

Great place to stay, we catch it everytime we cross the mountain headed east.

Great downtown location and a nicely redeveloped older building make the Windrow a uniquely charming place to stay if you’re in Ellensburg.

I love the location and comfort. I wish it offered free breakfast. No food inside the hotel. After a long day working, room service or an inside the facility restaurant would be nice.

When I originally called to book two nights, I specifically asked about a government rate and was told there wasn’t one available and that I should book through Expedia. I did. Shortly afterward, another member of our fire team called the hotel directly and was given a government rate of around $110, considerably less than what I paid. When I later needed to extend my stay one additional night, I again asked for the government rate. I was told they could provide one, but the rate quoted to me was roughly $50 higher than what my employee received and was actually more expensive than the current Expedia rate. The hotel itself has been fine, but the inconsistent pricing and information about government rates has been disappointing. I would much rather have booked directly with the hotel from the beginning, and the whole experience has left me feeling like the rates are being applied inconsistently. I hope management takes a look at this so future government and fire personnel receive clear and consistent information.

A beautiful hotel right in downtown Ellensburg. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and the coffee is unusually good.

Room was great. Walkable to downtown restaurants. Staff was so accommodating and helpful.

Room was clean. Stand alone shower with rain head shower. King size bed. Reasonable price.

Nice clean room. Bed was a bit soft for my liking. Nice and quiet. Close to restaurants very easy walk to many of them. Wonderful location.

Noodle bar/restaurant on site, a little pricey but excellent food.

Incredible staff! This was a spur of the moment trip to Ellensburg. We had never been before. Michael was very helpful in helping us find an excellent restaurant and giving just general information about the area. Wish we were able to visit the “Top of the Burg”, but it was a Tuesday & it was closed. A good reason to return.
