I used the pet friendly filter to find a hotel and booked the Hilton. It was late at night. We had been driving all day and were exhausted. We arrived and they said they didn’t have a pet friendly room. And they wouldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia. Customer service at Expedia could have been MUCH better! Still waiting to hear back from them regarding this issue.

Staff were super nice and sweet. And very accommodating. We stayed on the 1st floor. The room was okay. We walked in and it smelled so bad. It smelled like sewer, the smell was so bad we had to open the door to the hallway to air out the room and spray it down with perfume. We dealt with it because we were just there for one night. But all our clothes that we brought smelled like the room when we left. Hopefully this was a one off thing. We let the front desk know when we left in the morning.

Bed and pillows were nice. We were given a room and the shower didn’t drain. I let the front desk person know and she said she would let maintenance know but they weren’t there at that time. It wouldn’t be fixed until sometime tomorrow. We were checking out in the morning. I had to request a room swap.

Nothing They accepted a reservation including two dogs but when I arrived I was told no dog friendly rooms were available. The man at the front desk was rude! Just no they didn’t have any other room options and walked away.

I liked the location. Bathroom tub wouldn't drain The sink was slow to drain The gutter felt off and was banging on our windows.The staff said there was no maintenance available on Saturday. She said she would move us to another room. When we went to move was told no room was available. I will never stay there again !

Breakfast good, staff helpful not much one can do but the location is kind of unpleasant, we first pulled up to the Red Lion which is in need of help. Happily looked around the corner.

Room was large, bed was comfortable and the coffee on demand is excellent. Didn't get to try breakfast as we needed to eat right as it opened but there was a conference and they were all waiting to eat as well
