I WILLL STAY HERE AGAIN. THE PROPERTY IS CLEAN, MODERN AND FANTASTIC.

The room was large and comfortable with a good sized mini-fridge, desk and window seats. Nicely decorated and clean! Great shower! No front desk, so it took a minute to figure out the self serve kiosk. But it worked well once we signed in.

This is my second time staying at the icon inn. The rooms are great, super clean and the inn is in a great location. Will definitely continue to be my #1 choice when I stay in Ellensburg.

Very nice option for Ellensburg

The room was beautiful. There was virtually no breakfast items. We only had towels for one person. It was inconvenient not to have any staff readily available. The Tv was a nightmare for me. After 30 minutes I was able to watch some tv.

Don’t even know if there was an elevator to 2nd floor… only saw stairs. The only issue we had was getting in both doors lol, push the button on the exterior door and we didn’t have a door key and kiosk wasn’t working so it took us a few mins to figure out the second set of doors. Other than that the stay was good. Staff was helpful but we got in at 12:30am and wasn’t going to text them to help us with the door.

I’ve stayed at the Icon in Ellensburg twice now and I’ll stay there again when the need arises. We have children who attend Central WA University so we’re in the area quite a bit. Because of Graduation, most of the hotels were completely booked and the rates were way higher than usual at most. I booked the Icon months ago, knowing how busy the area would get. My husband hadn’t stayed with me there before so I was a little nervous that he wouldn’t find it as awesome as our usual (former) go-to hotel in the area. He even said he’d stay here in the future! He commented a few times on the cleanliness and how great the shower was. The bed felt a little firm at first—like stiff memory foam, but once you are settled in, it was great. The room is good sized and has a microwave and a larger than average (for a hotel) fridge. There’s a door between the shower/toilet and the sink so someone can get ready while someone else is in the shower. The hotel itself is mostly self service. You put your info into a little machine that spits out a room key, instead of dealing with front desk staff—as there isn’t really a front desk. There are blankets and things in the lobby to grab yourself if you need anything. You can also call staff if you need something.There are games to use and snacks in vending machines. Cable system is Xumo and wi-fi is fast. There’s a food truck outside and Dutch Bros & Starbucks within close walking range. Would recommend. 😊

The place was beautiful. The staff notified us ahead of time that the technology was not working accordingly. Therefore, we were greeted at the door by Carmen. Of course it was graduation weekend and Carmen had offered us a ride. The room was great and very quiet. If ever I have a reason to stay in Ellensburg again, I would check Icon's availability first.
