The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Negative issues - the carpet was very stained throughout the room. The tub/shower was caulked so excessively it made it feel kind of gross. Definitely need updates to the facilities.

This was a good place to spend a night

It is an adequate hotel if you need someplace to spend the night, but when we arrive, there were young men entertaining themselves on a vehicle, and the hotel clerk didn’t seem to be concerned, which led me to deduce that perhaps they were her friends, but it was unsettling when checking in late in the evening. It’s located in a parking lot that almost makes it feel like it’s not supposed to be there. But there is nothing bright and shiny about the place. If you just need a clean bed to sleep in, it’s adequate.

Appreciate that checkout is at 11am and check-in at 3pm. In off season consider cleaning your outdoor sitting area and grill. Perhaps change out chairs to an easier style to keep up. Would stay again!

Good location, great staff and clean rooms! All we needed

Booked our stay based on a baseball tournament that could have been in Yakima or Ellensburg-waited to find a room once it was confirmed we were scheduled in Ellensburg and choices were limited, but for the cost we paid would have expected a top rated hotel-I understand the travel industry pricing fluctuating based on demand but you can’t possibly feel your property is worth paying the $300 per night I paid. Outside of the building was filthy, Floors were filthy in the room, when we spilled water and used a white hand towel to dry the carpet it looked like chocolate milk was been cleaned up-bathroom has nice counters and dated tubs. Toilet seat has worn brown spots on the seat-just seriously if I had paid $100 per night I get it but triple that you need to understand people are going to have much higher expectations!

Upon arrival no one at the front desk…waited about 10-15mins for a guy to turn up talking to his colleague!? No hello or anything then complains to us about booking.com not booking properly. Not the best start. No elevator either! The hotel is tired and in need of an update. Up the stairs the carpet is stapled BADLY! Everything is just dated. Pool doesn’t look inviting either. Lots of noisy contractors walking up & down the hallway. Windows were filthy too. Located next to a derelict sonic.

Clean room, clean bathroom, very nice and polite staff, breakfast was pretty good with good options and hot items like egg and sausages. Overall, a nice place to stay.

I liked that it was close to the highway and I liked the friendly staff and continental breakfast. The spa tub was gross. The rooms cleanliness was lacking. The bed and the pillows were really uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good.
