The room was clean, however the shower did not work I reported it and they offered to change our room but we were checking out anyway in about an hour. Not having a shower, but they did offer another room.

Beds were uncomfortable! They were out of milk at breakfast! I offered to run to the SuperOne supermarket and buy it for them at 6:50 AM as long as they reimbursed me for the milk. They said the manager would be upset if they ok'd it. I wouldn't recommend this place!!

Excellent value. Not a particularly pretty property, but the price was absolutely right.

Economical but well maintained site with friendly staff

Great value, and I would definitely stay here again. The pool and hot tub were both working, clean, and open for long hours. Breakfast was hot with a solid selection. The room was clean and well maintained. Erika at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast staff were friendly and on top of everything. I’d absolutely recommend this place for a family stay.

It it close to lots of restaurants. The pool was nice and warm! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing is there is no elevator and you have to use stairs a lot. Also, the breakfast choices were carb heavy. Most people found something to eat, but I didn't.

Clean rooms and welcoming staff. Breakfast is basic, but there is yogurt and fruit in addition to the traditional waffles, etc. Tea and Coffee are available in the lobby 24/7.

The hotel is nice and well maintained. My only issue and reason for the one-star rating is that they started charging a $10 per day parking fee to use their lot. I expect this in a big city, but this is Ellensburg, where there are plenty of parking spaces on the street. I don't have an issue with the $10…just that parking should be free if you are staying at their hotel. Management, you are greedy and this will be my last visit to your hotel.

Air conditioner controls wouldn’t work. On high all the time.

Stayed in room 108 and water for shower didn’t work. When checking out, was offered to use shower in different room but wasted enough time with original issue and needed to get on road.

The room smelled like wet dog, the fabric chair was covered in something crusty, and there was a paw print on the sheets. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly; she got us a fresh set of sheets. But it was so uncomfortable to stay there because it just felt gross. I expected better from the Best Western brand.

A nice room at a reasonable rate. Superb toiletries in the bathroom, great coffee, and a nice breakfast that included biscuits & gravy (Yum).

Best stay I’ve had for a while. Thank you.

Coffee and muffins were good for me. I took them with me for the road. I had the pet room ok with me, but it was dingy and dated. Felt I needed sanitizer. Took my dachshund to back of property and was really put off by the filth and garbage strewn about and blown against the fence. More people problem than dog waste problem. Dogs seemed to be better.
