The staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were very quiet and clean. The breakfast this morning was fantastic with many options and all very tasty. Very well done. We will definitely stay here again on your next trip through Ellensberg

Location was nice for Ellensburg. The staff was friendly. The prices were exceedingly high because of the football game at CWU. Its unfortunate that the rates almost double when an event like this is going on.

We stayed here for two nights, and we would definitely stay again the next time we come to the Gorge. Great staff and the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Great hotel...only downfall is that the coffee maker doesnt work in the room very well and it is an older hotel. Also, they dont have any roll away beds or sofa beds if you have kids..just a FYI...

Immediately smelled like air freshener covering must-like odor. My room had a clogged toilet and a broken sink drain. I was up most of the night to constant coming and going noises, doors slamming, even a dog barking and a man yelling. Paid $--- too much

The room I was initially placed in the air conditioning unit was not functioning. ( 100 degrees outside). Was told maintenance had just worked on it and it should be working 45 min later, maintenance came by and verified it didn’t work. I insisted on another room or to cancel the reservation which took another hour.

Breakfast was meh, I had oatmeal this am and I wanted sugar, I asked and she said they were all out of sugar. We did go through basket and found a couple of packets. She said they ran out, seemed very unconcerned about it.
