The room was very large and clean, so was the bathroom. They had a very nice breakfast buffet.

The location was fairly close to the venue I was attending. I liked the fact that the breakfast room was open all day to get water, and hot water. The quality of accommodations did not justify the price for the first and second night. It is not a $400-$500/night calibre hotel. Why it was priced that way, I don’t know. The third night at $189 is more appropriate. The breakfast room was dismal for a 4-500 per night cost. Also, after the first night, I found a silverfish in my luggage. It was stored on the luggage bench in the room.

Nice and decent place to stay in Ellensburg. Always friendly staff. Indoor pool. Convenient parking and good location. Not fancy but functional and clean .

Friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean-well-appointed room, quiet, and great breakfasts--lots of variety. I was thrilled when I saw Almond milk in the cooler!

The property and rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. I forgot my body lotion, called the front desk to see if they had some. The clerk explained that Best Western discontinued lotion as part of their amenities but she found some in their storage closet. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable!

Staff is really friendly and welcoming - good fitness facility, pool, and very clean rooms. Free breakfast was good Beds and pillows were uncomfortable

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. This is our second time staying there and we will continue to do so when we pass through Ellensburg.

Clean, a little outdated but overall a nice stay. Beds were comfortable! Ice machine wasn’t working while we were there, so that was disappointing.

The staff members were pleasant. The coffee maker in the room did not work. Instead of offering a replacement when I went to the front desk it was suggested I get coffee from the breakfast area. We left a note for the housekeeper letting them know the coffee maker did not work. Hopefully the broken one was replaced for the next guest to use.The room was clean. My traveling companion is handicapped. The handicapped room was as described in the listing (this is sometimes not the case with some places listings). Breakfast was good. There was adequate parking. Our only complaint there was the distance my friend had to walk using her walker from the available handicapped space to the elevator and then back down the hallway to the room. We remedied that by dropping her off at the front entrance and then returning to the parking space. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

Super clean and chill place, the breakfast hours are a bit early if you are a night person

Staff was great, room was clean and beds comfortable, breakfast was only ok but coffee was instant (yuk). parking was convenient and easy to access. Ice machine is only on floor one and it wasn't working. If I owned the place certain changes would be made to help the traveler. Overall I would stay again, this was my second time.

The green spaces at and adjacent to this property provided excellent walking areas for me and my dog. The breakfasts were fresh, hot, and a cut above the many hotels I have experienced in recent years. Fresh fruit, coffee, hot chocolate, and juices were available 24 hrs each day and at 5pm fresh baked cookies were available in the lobby. The pool (while I only dipped a toe) was clean and the area maintained well. Employees were helpful and kind. We will return without hesitation and I highly recommend this location for other travelers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
