Granted…this property was under renovation during our 4 night stay but that is never an excuse for the unprofessional staff person named Dusty. This young lady was not welcoming, told us that our room wasn’t ready (yes, we were a little early) and said no…she would not give us a call when it was available. We asked politely for a quiet room in lieu of the renovations and she told us that we would need to just take what she would give us. (She did, however, give us a very quiet room.) We then starting getting text messages from her the next morning (6 in total) dated 4 & 5 days ahead asking how we liked our stay. I asked her if she could please stop, she said these were not being sent, so I showed them to her. She responded with a snarky ‘I’m so sorry these are such an inconvenience to you’ so I asked for her supervisor’s name and #. She told me to contact Hilton. The room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The cookies in the afternoon were a delightful touch. The chlorine/chemical smell in the entry triggered my asthma, which was only there due to construction. We stayed here last year, never met Dusty. We will not be staying here again due to her unprofessional manners: never saying good morning each morning, snarky responses, and scolding us. The renovation was doable…the rudeness and the unwelcoming attitude of Dusty put a damper on our stay.

.3 miles from Tesla Supercharger at outlet mall with good rates. Chili’s, Wendy and other restaurants within in walking distance. Hotel under renovation. New carpet smell was very strong. Some Old fixtures and furniture reused. Faucet issues in the bathroom. Breakfast and TV programs typical poor Hilton quality. Easy exit and entrance to I-75 and access to Bradenton area. Hotel parking was adequate.

One night but it was good.

Hotel was under construction so some dust and inconvenience, however the hotel staff was very gracious and helpful.

They are in the middle of remodeling, the front desk help were not helpful, the continental breakfast they offered was terrible,

The property was unders some construction, but we found our rooms to be as advertised.... clean, tidy and offering a good nights sleep. I would highly recommend this location.

They Gym was closed and the nearest gym was way too far to go walking. So I counldnt train that week.

One elevator was filthy when we arrived at approx. 9pm, the other was very clean however. The renovation work made the place a little less convenient and clean but we understand that.

To make things worse, construction started at 8:00 AM on Saturday, which was extremely disruptive. Breakfast was also terrible—there weren’t even waffles like you normally expect at a Hampton Inn, and breakfast was being served in the fitness room because of the renovations. I’m very disappointed, especially after reading so many positive reviews before booking. I definitely expected a much better experience.

There were no safe deposit box in the room and pool water was not clear.

Hotel is very clean and well located. You can pretty much walk to a bunch of restaurants and the mall. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was ok.
