Great price. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great location. Dehumidifier in the room!!!! Laundry capability on premises. Air conditioning worked quickly and effectively It was in the middle of an upgrade/renovation, but even still, we enjoyed our stay.

Our room was very clean and smelled nice. When turning on the water, it smelled like rotten eggs and sewer once we turned it on, so we used bottled water to brush our teeth. We had to let the water run before using it. Front desk lady wasn’t very welcoming either.

Love the room. The customer service was absolutely uncalled for.The young woman at desk is very hateful and very disrespectful and refuses to allow guests in lobby. This staff despise there guests and treat the guests as if they are a nuisance. We will never stay at this Red Roof Inn location again. Staff needs to understand the guests is who keeps the pay check coming.

Very nice front desk person truly sweet and nice perk with the hotel's partnership with the Oyster bar restaurant next door - great ambiance on the river beautiful outdoor view. Would definitely stay there again.

I hhad reservation. Check in time is 3pm. I arrived at 2pm. Signs on window and do saying no check in before 3pm. Door was locked and lights off. No one around to talk to. Not what i would call even minimum service. I decided to go somewhere else.Have travel insurance so I will dispute room charge

easy check in, clean room, close to everything. beds could be updated but other than that, no complaints!
