I enjoyed the night and it's a clean, quiet hotel alternative to the chains. I was surprised no coffee in the rooms but was surprised by the size and suite style feel my single bed room offered.

It's not a bad place for a quick overnight stay but for more than that I wouldn't recommend. Room was clean but they only provide 2 floppy flat pillows per bed. Towels were clean but the bathroom door was very squeaky.

The gentleman behind the desk was nice. The room and bathroom were surprisingly large! Room temperature was good. No noise from people or traffic. The fridge, beds, & bathroom were clean. Plenty of linens in the bathroom. TV worked fine. Wireless (Qi) charging in the room for my cellphone! Limited parking near my room. No elevator? Rug was stained in multiple places. Since rug & sofa were darker in color, couldn't tell if they were otherwise clean. Had to walk downstairs & then a couple of hundred feet (outside, past car) to get ice. Thankfully, it wasn't raining. Next morning, I asked a guy sitting outside if he worked there, & he said yes. I asked if i had to go into the office to checkout, and he said no. But when i got home, i noticed the room's key-card said there was a charge if i didn't return it. I hope they don't enforce that! TV had no sleep-timer. Also, its wall-mount should've (but didn't) allow me to reposition the tv very well. The wireless (Qi) charger was very difficult to position the phone on, so that it would charge well. Had to take the phone's case off. (Personal note: the wireless charger made by Magfast works much easier & better!)

This was an emergency stay that felt like it should've gone on a bit longer. I liked my room's modern bathroom, the comfy king-size bed, and the mini-fridge and microwave. We were able to enjoy a relaxed late-night dinner without any trouble. The staff was very welcoming, engaging in friendly banter and accommodating my last-minute requests. Although the property is very welcoming, insects at night are vicious in their attacks and pursuit. I had to spend an extra 30 minutes removing the ones that got into our room. Our room was fairly clean. A slight smell lingered, but after we personally sprayed our aerosol of choice, it disappeared.

I like the fact that it was in a nice quiet area I had no problems with the people the staff was great and I would always try my best to stay there anytime I visit Connecticut I would recommend anyone who's in the area of East Windsor and Enfield if you can get a Reserve at the Enfield end I would do it they're clean the people are great they treat you good that kind and courteous it's in a good location we can go either way to East Windsor and feel we're just plenty of restaurants and places to eat I would give it more than a 10 if I could I would give it 50 that's how good it is

My stay a week ago, the owners gave me a hard time about my service animals staying at hotel with me but I argued my rights and they allowed it for 2 nights. During the disagreement, I was lied to as they stated there are only specific units for service animals and that those units were full But allowing it in a non-animal specific unit I almost stepped in a three piles of dog feces on my way up to my room. No pets or service animals allowed? but clearly there are exceptions for certain individuals I don’t know if they think by telling me the specific units for service animals we’re full and then speaking with the woman on the 1st Floor with dog didn’t pick up any of her animals feces and she stated clearly that her dog was a pet! So not only did I get lied to but I got denied the stay I booked last night and I received a call about an hour before check-in stating that I could not stay there due to my service animals. I had to sleep in my car because it was Saturday night and all hotels were full in the surrounding area. They are very rude people And they stalk you at night I feel like all eyes were on me at all times watching me get my car watching me walk up from my car Needless to say, they will be hearing from me again or my lawyer Don’t stay there it is not worth the hassle and harassment of stocking guests Just rude, rude rude from the time I walked in last week And lied to in the inconvenience a nightmare of sleeping in my car due to their lack of timing with communication, knowing it was a Saturday night This is not the last they’ve heard from me I am a 58 year-old disabled woman and I have rights You’re all rude, rude heartless individuals!!!! Stalking, harassing, lying and lack of knowledge in this country
