Comfort Inn East Windsor - Springfield

The hallways, lobby and guest suites were filthy. The front desk clerk showed us 2 different rooms after we discovered a dirty washcloth on our room (the unkept lobby should have been our first clue). The two other rooms we were shown were no cleaner. One had publc hair in the bath tub and the other had drinks still on the fridge. We asked if house keeping was on site to clean our bathroom b/c it was late at night and we were going to just suck it up, but they didn't have anyone there. They didnt even have cleaning supplies there. The clerk did his best but ultimately the place was wayyy filthy and also smelled like weed. We got a refund and left before staying there. Skip this place!!!

The room was ok The bed was comfortable the bathroom tub needs an upgrade.The air conditioning was great dark curtains. easy parking safe area breakfast was good it had some hot items and cold. All the Staff were really great!

This is an older motel that does need some maintenance and upgrades. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner really did not blow cold air. The front desk clerk spoke broken English and was very difficult to understand. There appeared to be only two or three maids working in the entire motel. When we did see maids one was standing in the hallway crying and the other two were cussing and yelling at each other. This is extremely unprofessional and is not what paying customers want to see and hear upon checking in. I do not recommend this motel.

This property is not that well maintained. A group of us stayed at this hotel and we each had similar experiences. Key cards not working. Replacement key card not working. Rooms with insufficient or no towels or missing shower curtain. Bedding and towels not clean. No working swimming pool. Noise from floor above. Minimal gym. Minimal breakfast. Parking was fine. Toilet was so low to the ground, I thought it was for a child. Thankfully I have healthy knees.Shower was hot though. Refrigerator worked. Ice machine worked.

We arrived late to find out that not only was the room I booked two month prior not available at 1 am but the only room available was a double with no air conditioning that “needed to be cleaned still”. In addition.. the property was dirty, there was still food on the floor around the “breakfast area”. There were old documents and papers stacked and scattered everywhere behind the check in counter. The computer wasn’t working properly. The only thing decent about this place was the tired clerk who was apologetic about us now not having a place to stay in the middle of the night after traveling all day.

Bad check in. Dusty room. Short supply of linens. Coffee maker but no cups. Broken hairdryer. Dead flies in windowsill. Front desk often vacant…Not a $200 per night facility.

shower curtain was smelly, no shower gel provided, had to follow up twice to get the ebill as there were no employees at the front desk during check out at 9 AM on a weekday.

Wasn't expecting a lot for the price point , but it was pretty bad. Door to room was busted looking like a police raid had happened. We were able to secure it and were exhausted from a late, long flight so we collapsed in the bed. Bed was fine but bathroom was not clean, no towels (had to go to desk to get) and no water pressure. Hotel needs serious updates. Will not return.

The front dest lady was friendly and welcoming but once I was book in to my room what I saw in that room it made me sick , I ask for a refund right away my room was very filthy the bed sheet was stained looked unwashed the curtains in the room was very dirty but that was enough to deal with immediately ask for a refunded gladly the dest lady was kind and respectful refund me with no issue, that was the best part of my ten minutes observation of my quick stay that was my short experience other people stayed but that hotel was not for me.

Dirty, no towels, and very rundown.

The only thing that I liked was the spacious room and comfortable bed.

Always a pleasure staying here, the staff is the best. The place is so clean, good breakfast, nice and quiet.
