We arrived at 11:30 pm to find out that they had given away our rooms. The reasons given by the front desk were 2- they were double booked AND they had tried charging my card at 6 pm without me being there and without ever trying to contact me at all when the card declined. Of course it declined- its safe guarded!! This hotel is a huge scam as they double book and its first come first serve so they never loose out. Very unprofessional and i am shocked Booking . Com does business with this management style. Its a scam!!!

Someone had obviously used the room after it had been cleaned. There was a used towel on the dresser. There was a used pillow on the bed. The carpet was frayed and stained. The manager cleaned the room a little bit but could not find another room to move us to. Expedia could not move us to another hotel because it was too late for us. They offere

Disappointed compared to other Comfort Inn properties we’ve stayed at. There literally seemed to be one person working there who did it all.

The beds were comfortable. The location was good for us and there is a way back burger, next-door, and a Cracker Barrel directly behind. The breakfast was good. We stayed 2 nights. We make our own beds in the morning, but no one came in to empty trash or leave fresh towels. We stayed there last year and reserved a room with two beds. They called me and told me they were upgrading us to a suite which sounded wonderful. When we got there, there was a king size bed with a whirlpool tub next to it and an extra smaller room with a couch. Not at all what we wanted. When I went to front desk and asked them, they told me the couch opens up into a double bed. They had no other rooms available for us, but would refund our money. That was no help at all. It was absolutely horrible trying to sleep on that sofa bed opened up. If you’ve ever done it before you know there’s bars underneath it. I said I would never go back there again, but we gave it another chance this year. At least we got the two beds, regular beds. There was no service for trash or leaving fresh towels then either. Maybe they don’t do that anymore.

Bad

We found the property to be a bit underwhelming for us, but it did what we needed for our short stay in Connecticut. We found out that the pictures on the website were not what was entirely presented to us at the time of booking the reservation, but the staff was working hard to make sure that we had everything that we needed for our time with them. Breakfast was a highlight for us and so was the parking situation and the beds were very comfortable and spacious enough for a family of four to stay in them. We liked how close the hotel was to the highway and we could get right on it the morning that we left it without any issues at all. We all enjoyed ourselves in the short time that we were at the hotel whenever we weren't with family and doing activities with each other and the television was another highlight for us too. My father in particular liked having the YES network to watch the Yankee games at night and in the morning too. You get what you pay for and this hotel was pretty okay considering the price and the distance to the Big E for us. I would recommend it for another person mostly for the sake of the closeness to the highway and the comfortable beds.

First thing the landscaping was not kept up. After checking in, we went to our room. There were spider webs on The ceiling as we got out of the elevator on the 4th floor. The carpeting had not been vacuumed, and my bed sheets felt like they had been used already...gritty. we could not close the bathroom door because it was so tight against the floor.

Breakfast was very minimal.

The bed was clean and very comfortable. The room was clean overall but room was cold The selection of tv channels was excellent. However the noise in the bathroom from the exhaust was loud.

Absolutely nothing! I didnt Like that the facility was dirty , had cobwebs in every corner of the facility, the bed i was Given had yellow stains on the sheets , the pillows were also yellow , the bed also had blood spots on it , the tv didn’t work , the beds had butt crumps on them.

I paid for a room for 4 days, but checked in 2 days late. I had to wait until a room became available because they'd rented out my room instead of saving it for me. The hotel was dirty, the gym was dysfunctional, I had to wait for towels for hours, there was no shampoo in the shower.

When I checked in before I did the employees were not nice to each other. The one employee flipped the other one off behind his back made and me and my daughter feel uncomfortable. In our room the bathroom doorknob was broken off. They had the window open instead of the air conditioner we think trying to save money. And when we asked to feel the waffle mix the guy took 10 minutes to filled it up and did not feel the syrup . But other then that water pressure was good for shower and the beds were comfortable.

Test best

The location and parking is good. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The place feels a little neglected. The front desk was empty when I arrived, the carpets in the hallways felt old, the bathroom needed some minor repairs.

Always a pleasure to stay there.Never a problem
