Comfort Inn East Windsor - Springfield

The room smelled bad and was dirty. There were a lot of cookie crumbs on the carpet all over the room. There was a big black smoke stain on top of the bed on the wall. Honestly I just needed to close eyes for a couple of hours before I had to be on the road again ao I settled for all of that, otherwise I would've never stayed there.

The room was not as clean as I expected. There was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor. The shower appeared to have a lot of mold. The whole hotel really needs a facelift. The room did not have towels. They were brought up soon after I told them about it.

The place was nasty. Hair and an old rag on my sink, urine on the toilet, and mold in the shower. I was just desperate. I have pics and want a refund. Front desk staff was wonderful.

We only stayed 3 nights but they were our best stay ever... great service, clean room, very quiet and very safe. I would definitely return.

Hallways were unswept, elevator was extremely slow, stairway had mouse poisoning in a dish by the doors. They supplied no washcloths in the room. Breakfast was not worth eating.

Our check in took 20 minutes before anyone came to check us in but that's because the woman at the desk was also helping clean the rooms. She informed us that they we're under staffed so I can't blame her for the bad experience at check in and honestly if the hotel is under staffed then that effects the rest like cleanliness. Our stay was fine we had no other issues but the hotel could have been cleaner and better staffed.

I been to hotel before. This last experience was bad. Bathroom door would not close. There were empty showe gel in shower. The curtain rod was broken. The remote control would not work even after exchanging it. I wont go there again. My first two experiences were good. I dont know what happenned this last time

Peeling paint on ceiling, toilet paper roll was empty and not replaced, shower curtain had an odor that made the entire room stink. It felt like the room wasn't fully cleaned before our stay.

The price was okay but the staff was not. Our room's bathrooms light switch was hardwired to the room main light. Everytime you turned the bathroom light on the room light came on, even in the middle of the night. The staff on duty said " he had never heard of that problem but since we booked with expedua there wasn't anything heavy could do to fix the problem. When we asked for a different room, he claimed the hotel was 199% booked (not true by a long shot). I asked for a manager and he told I could keep trying back later but nothing could be done or fixed. We call hotel 2 hrs later and asked if the hotel was 100% booked full abd the female employee.laughed and told us the hotel wasn't even 50% booked. We endured two more night. I will never stay at this hotel ever again

Excessive wait for a staff member to show up at front desk for check in

The hallways, lobby and guest suites were filthy. The front desk clerk showed us 2 different rooms after we discovered a dirty washcloth on our room (the unkept lobby should have been our first clue). The two other rooms we were shown were no cleaner. One had publc hair in the bath tub and the other had drinks still on the fridge. We asked if house keeping was on site to clean our bathroom b/c it was late at night and we were going to just suck it up, but they didn't have anyone there. They didnt even have cleaning supplies there. The clerk did his best but ultimately the place was wayyy filthy and also smelled like weed. We got a refund and left before staying there. Skip this place!!!
