Baymont by Wyndham East Windsor Bradley Airport

On reaching room toilet didn’t flush and lamp didn’t work. Handiman came immediately and fixed both.

The greatest attribute of this hotel was its staff, who were welcoming and addressed issues promptly. The free breakfast offerings were modest and underwhelming. The coffee was good. Our first room had a strong, foul smell; the front desk addressed it quickly and we were given another room. It seems that it has been awhile since the hotel was updated. Carpets appear worn from age and stained in places from use. Walls have marks from people coming and going. The second floor common areas have an institutional feel thanks to the pale, yellow walls, and the absence of any kind of decor. The room had basic amenities. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. This is a decent choice if you are looking for a no-frills, affordable place to spend the night.

Exceptional

Poor

Inside the rooms seems okay, no issue, but they could have given coffee and tea in the rooms The hallway to the room smells terrible. The carpet needs cleaning.

Staff seemed confused and was not customer service oriented. Interior Room/building was not well maintained. Very musty and had a lack of cleaned look.

Room was clean organize. Hotel was close to highway and stores Bed sheet had stains and bathroom had stain in ceiling and little mild on bottom corner of tub

It smelt they had like nothing for breakfast. And the property did not answer any of my messages

Clean room really friendly staff.

It was close by to where I wanted to go The way to my room was somewhat out dated. Bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Mirror had splash stains on it. Other than that the room was clean.

Superb

Very good

The property was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I stayed for three nights and unfortunately was not able to get a good night’s rest. The bed definitely needs improvement.

The staff was great

Clean and convenient

The Customer Service presented to me by Brittney and Katie was exceptional. They both were the most professional, positive and pleasant things about the hotel. The room. The place looks nice from the exterior and the lobby, but the rooms (I had to switch mine, but to no avail) need some T.L.C. There are some other things, but I don't have time to go over the other things. Also, I did note that the walls are being painted in parts of the hotel and hopefully that will add some positivity to the establishment.

Excellent price love the fall ane Halloween decor, cozy rooms. Everything was neat and clean. Some more hot food, breakfast options

Disappointing
