The hotel is rundown and dirty. It was extremely loud past 10pm due to some party going on. But the most frustrating part of the stay is that we were double charged for our stay, and have been trying to get our money back for over two months. The manager is not returning our phone calls or emails. It’s a scam.

We had no choice but to stay here after booking 3 nights online and couldn’t cancel or get a refund . The place looks beautiful when you go to check in but once you get past the lobby the place is a disgusting mess. Nasty dirty diapers by the pool for the whole 3 days we were there. Definitely didn’t use the pool because it was absolutely disgusting everywhere, The outside was horrible, trash over flowing, trash all over the parking lot , the halls smelt like mildew, rugs in hall were soaking wet. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place to anyone or would everrrr stay here again. Left luggage outside due to the filth and worried about bugs getting in our bags. Smoke alarm was beeping every 5 minutes which kept us up almost every night and asked first night to get fixed. House cleaning neverrrr came. Had to use my own towels and pillows. Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. No breakfast as advertised! Restaurant that is attached was closed the whole time we stayed. Runnnn as fast as you can to a different hotel

This was the worse stay I've ever experienced, the place is a dump, smells like old food, marijuana and cigarettes, no hot water and pool is disgusting and not heated.

It was indicated that there will be free breakfast, but on Sunday morning when we went downstairs, there was no breakfast and no reason was given why that was the case, The hallways and the staircase especially were very dirty. We were only given 2 face towels. Overall, I will not recommend this place to anyone. The workers were nice but the facility is not.

The pictures provided are deceiving. The lobby is well maintained but once you are out of this area, the hotel is extremely dirty. There is garbage along the walls in all of the hallways. There is no elevator. I traveled with my young son and had to carry multiple medically bags. The hotel staff response to this was "it's only 10 steps". In the room the fridge and phone didn't work. There was a strong odor to room and toilet paper stuffed in the peephole of the door. I didn't stay at the hotel and asked for a refund after this experience. I would absolutely not recommend staying in this hotel.

Smell like weed most of the time and water leaks in the halls

Extremely Poor Conditions and Unacceptable Cleanliness StandardsI stayed at this Ramada last night, and the experience was genuinely unacceptable. I arrived late and went straight to bed, and at first glance the room seemed fine. However, in the morning, once I could actually see the space, everything changed.The couch and table were out of place, and the floor had candy, dirt, and debris scattered across it. The bathroom was the worst part — grimy tiles, stained glass, and a filthy floor that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.The issues continued when I went to breakfast. The hallway was dirty with trash on the floor, and the breakfast area itself was extremely unsanitary. Coffee stains covered the entire coffee bar, there were only three small tables for the whole area, and each one was filthy. The food stations were dirty, and nothing looked properly maintained.When I asked the front desk who handled the kitchen, I was pointed to a young woman who simply refilled the coffee and wiped one small area, ignoring the rest of the mess. Nothing about the breakfast area was acceptable.To make matters worse, the exit door near my room opened to a pile of garbage stacked in boxes, giving off a terrible smell ignoring the rest of the mess. Nothing about the breakfast area was acceptable. Overall this property is not well maintained, cleaned or managed to even basic standards. I would not recommend staying here. I'm still waiting for the Manager to call me, 10 hours later.

The outside of the hotel was disgusting. The inside wasn't cleaned well, and I didn't see any staff working on keeping it clean. The pool and the actual rooms weren't too bad. I asked for extra blankets, and they brought me to a room to get them myself and bring them up. I also asked for extra towels and the person that was working said they didn't have any and offered me a box of tissues. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place was gross, never been to a such a dirty hotel in my life. There is no manager there according to them to listen to complaints and the people at desk don't help. We had 4 staying in room we were told no about have a wash cloth for each of us. Sink faucets in bathroom falling off no working fridge.

The room that I was in smelled of Mold and I was able to locate the root cause - The bathroom sink underneath was full of BLACK MOLD and I expressed this to the Manager at the front desk and her response was we can refund you your money and you can leave. Unfortunately that late in the evening with a young child I was not able to do so and had to purchase mold product and isolate in order for my young child not to get sick from the spores that were in the air. I felt that they were complete inconsiderate and rude and would not accommodate even with having one room available not moving us

Only rated a 3 because it served its purpose. Breakfast was a mess, very few options, and nowhere to actually sit and eat. Hallways smelled like urine and marijuana. Trash sat outside rooms for 2 days. The signs were terrible to get us through the building, which was like dimly lit maze with no elevator.
