El piso estaba sucio los zafacones no tenían bolsas, y el desayuno muy desagporque radable. Y una joven del personal muy malcriada y con actitud en vez de llamarme y hablar con migo, no vuelvo.

One in the lobby and I on the 3rd floor. Both had their sanitation light on which means it’s been 2 months since it’s last service. I’m in the field and do HVAC-R as a living. I make sure I bring a screw driver to every hotel and check the ice machines and they’re very dirty.

Pool closed a lil earlier than expected which was a bummer for my step kids, they dont take chime or cashapp for payment either kinda put a hindrance on stayi g another night, other than that breakfast was allright and the room was clean

There were plenty of towels and netflix on the television which my daughter loved. The staff both late at night and during the day were lovely and very helpful.

Hotel restaurant does not allow you to charge to the room and their “system was down” where we had to withdraw cash at the hotels atm. Parking was also listed on hotels.com as included but we were charged $7 a night. I was disappointed in the stay here.

Comp breakfast but sadly we didn’t do that with the pup. Friendly people all around, busy hotel! Room was great, shower too. I’d certainly recommend you if anyone ever asked. Thank you.

While I have used Expedia for many of my travel plans in the past, I now have low expectations for the amenities and data proved on your website. I’ve used your site (my earliest recollection is 2007) for some time now and this experience has shaken my confidence in believing information posted on your site. Sad that this interaction would move me back to booking direct.

Quiet quick place to land away from the airport in our way to Brimfield for Antiques.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. We asked for extra pillows but we never received them. The front desk staff were very friendly. Bed not too comfortable.

Breakfast is extremely basic.

Clean room, helpful staff, and accepted our Marriott membership for a late 2 pm checkout

Pool was under construction. No bar available No alcoholic beverage available for purchase Surrounding stores closes early, hotel had limited snacks for purchase We cannot open the blinds up in the evening, due to The room was directly across the back parking, the beam light was directly beaming our room. 😕

Rooms were clean but needed upkeep stain on ceiling in bedroom bathroom plaster looked like pieces were going to fall off. Didn't get the notification the pool was closed so wasn't impressed with that as it was the one amenity I search for. Maid was extremely nice. Front desk night person was not welcoming but the day person very nice. Breakfast was good had variety daily.

Only disappointment was that the pool was closed for necessary maintenance - with the extreme heat, a dip in the pool would have been nice.

Upon arrival, they told me that the pool was closed and being repaired, I was really looking forward to using the pool after a long drive! I guess part of it is my fault. I should’ve looked at reviews
