The beds were so hard.

Clean ,nice water perssure in the shower, staff is very nice ,tv didn't work that's pretty much all that was negative its definitely a cable issue

I stayed for a total of nine days, two days regular rate, and then a weekly rate what’s the charge me for an upgraded room which is not have. My room was never clean or linens changed. I had to go to the front desk at 10 o’clock at night and ask them for new linens for the bed and towels to shower. I was given towels immediately and was told they have to bring me sheet at another time and I told him no I’d be in my room and I expected to be delivered so I can get the bed made. Then in the middle of the night the fire alarm was off in my room there’s smoke and small of burning from the heating unit that I turned on no one came to my room so I called on the phone. No one answered. I went to the office and explain what was going on and they told me their phones weren’t working the same story I was told by April stay there. The front desk person came to my room told me I shouldn’t be turning the heat on this time of the year. I asked what the burning small was and why there were smoked for the alarm to go off. He didn’t have an answer. He left the room and came back with a for Bruce spray sprayed it into the AC and told me that was fine. He didn’t left the room say I didn’t use the heat or AC in fear of a fire. When I asked their policy about fire alarms going off and if they had a panel showing alarms, he said no. I was. I was told that my room was not clean because I was not there. He said that was their policy. Horrible place bad customer service not a well-maintained property

Wish I had a tub/ shower

Room was clean, property needs a little refresher. The staff was friendly. It was ok for a one night stay

Room was reasonably clean. Property very run down. Lots of long term tenants with kids running, screaming and banging outside until past midnight. No little shampoo bottle.

Room wss clean tv did not work idk they need s new net work my second time staying with the same issue

Nothing absolutely disgusting I had the police called on me for a dirty towel as well as threatened and sworn at I will definitely be getting a refund from my bank for this stay no one stay here

There was paint all over the floors, only three pillows for a king size bed. There were no tissues in the room. There was no fridge or microwave and it felt like I was sleeping on a plastic trash bag and it sounded like a trash bag when you moved in the bag stains on the sheets burn marks on the comforter people screaming in their rooms, banging on walls in the middle of the night
