Clean, quiet, nice pool hot tub, breakfast, bathrooms could use work, poor drainage, toilet runs, I think thats the thing that might need some attention too

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good. The location was great with all the variety of stores around. We were quite pleased with everything. No complaints.

Very enjoyable stay very clean and friendly. Stores are local for convenience supermarkets as well would definitely stay again and again

The property was clean, very accommodating, and was in a great location with many lunch/dinner options very close by. I would also like to shout out Mary R. She not only took exceptional care of our room during our stay, but she also helped us during morning dining. My son’s cereal bowl spilled all over the table and she quickly came over to clean it up. I told her I would take care of it, but she did it. She was very kind about it and kept a smile on her face even though I know the morning breakfast time was busy. This really stuck out to me because this was my first time traveling with both boys by myself and I was nervous about the experience and trying to keep after them. Mary may have felt it was “part of the job” but it meant a lot to me that she was so kind. So thank you, Mary.

The staff was excellent!

I was unaware at the time of booking that the parking lot was being repaved, which began at 6am directly outside my room.

Pool needs to be cleaned. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.

There were a lot of children in the hot tub when we were there, but otherwise it was great.

Clean room, great location Booked through booking.com and when we checked in at Hampton Inn their check in system was down. We gave them our name, confirmation number, and phone number and got a key. Thankfully we didn’t put our bags in the room before we went to a movie as we got a call the system was back online but they couldn’t find our reservation and I had to call booking.com customer service (who was phenomenal) and would be locked out of the room until I called them. While on hold with the customer representative from booking.com (who could see the reservation on their end) they called Hampton Inn on our behalf and was told by the hotel we would have to cancel our reservation through booking.com and book again directly through them at the desk for a higher price. Safe to say we will never be back.

It was an awesome stay, very hospital and friendly. Thank you
