The location is good. Close to everything we needed The hotel was nasty. They have rat trap boxes in all of the hallways, they prop all vacant room doors open due to a moisture/possible mold situation, and our room stunk so badly, and the housekeeper’s answer was to spray hairspray onto the air conditioning fan. Avoid this sh/t hole at all costs.

The hotel is located just off the highway in a quiet, well-maintained area. Gas station & restaurants within a few minutes drive. The hotel staff was kind & accommodating. The room was clean (passed the sock test), smelled great, had plenty of pillows, nice sized TV, mini fridge, microwave, & AC. Free breakfast in the morning from 6am - 9am with lots of options. Would stay again, hands down.

Nicely appointed room, clean, quiet, comfortable bed. What else do you want? Even the coffee in the room was a cut above what you usually get.

To much noise at night walls weren't sound proof. Lots of noise an pillows weren't very good very flat no support.

Room was clean and a small fridge and coffee pot with coffee and tea supplies was provided. Maid service was optional, but supplied towels, emptied, trash, cans, etc. on request it needed, which was nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. There is very little soundproofing between rooms and I could hear folks on either side. Unfortunately, the pool was temporarily closed for a while during my stay.

Safe location and easy drive to Presque Isle and shopping and restaurants less than 2 miles away from the hotel. Pool could be updated some. Chipped paint around the walking area.

Overall, the two night stay was good. The room was clean and stocked well with coffee, tea, cups etc. The shower was hot and the bathroom very clean. The beds were soft, comfortable and bedding sufficient for warmth. Lighting in the room and hallway was good. The walls are a little thin so I could here the guests talking in the next room, but overall it was quiet by 9pm. We did not eat breakfast due to outside obligations, so I can't review. Check-in/out was quick and staff were knowledgeable. Since it is only a 2 level hotel, an elevator is not legally required, but not an issue for us. Price was very reasonable for the stay.
