I like the location, and the view on the price cause I couldn’t find cheaper than that The property was OK plus there was no Internet with in booking. They said that they have Internet. I had a big problem because I want to use the Internet to get Uber but they don’t wanna let me use it even at the office? And they end up being a lot more in Taxi. I had to wait. I was not happy about this and I think I would never use this hotel again. I will go to Marbella Spain, but I will never use this hotel again.

We were looking for a sleep over on our way from Gibraltar to Malaga when I discovered this animal park with accomodation. Perefect if you are travelling with kids. Safari was a highlight of our stay because the guide in perfect English taught us many things about animals and you get to feed zebras and watch hippos being fed. Zulu villas are modern, spacoius and well-equipped with a big terrace. The communication with the reception could have been smoother, they asked us to fill out numerous information when really just a picture of our IDs could have been enough. Difficult to communicate in English. Zip line didn't work.

We arrived at around 8 pm and were greated by very kind member of staff who spoke only spanish. Zulu villa looks as in pictures, very nice and clean. Safari was great, even with light rain.I wish it lasted longer, Jessica was great!

We took one of our granddaughters to the park several years ago and wanted to repeat the experience for our youngest grandchild. The experience of being in the zoo out of visiting hours is very special. The safari ride was very good, even if we had to walk back through the park afterwards! Breakfast was fine and the staff helpful. Everything seemed to work efficiently! We stayed in a lodge outside of the park and this didn't give the girls the same experience as staying inside the park. However, the lodge was alright and had a great bathroom. The lighting was quite dim in the main room and it was quite basic.. Fine for one night.

The staff were very friendly. Being mid week and school term in spain, the park was nearly empty. This was great. Very peaceful and relaxing. The fact that it was not peak season meant the zipline, trampolines and archery activities were not running. These were activities my kids were looking forward to, as they did it last time we stayed.

The Safari Trip and the guide was excellent. Really enjoyable and our Spanish guide (who also had excellent English and she explained everthing in both languages) She was very funny and throughly engaging throughout and her knowledge of the animals was immense and made the trip. Got to see all the Rhinos, amazing Zebras Giraffes etc. and the Open top Truck was great. Best part of the trip.We stayed overnight in Watu Huts & plenty to do and see all the animals over the 2 days stopping off for a bit of lunch in afternoon in restaurant. I night is plenty as you really have experienced everything by then. All the staff were lovely and very helpful to us and I would definately recommend as we and our teenage kids had a great time! Zipline was only operational at the weekends only so missed out on that but no big deal!.

The location Not so many animals

This was an unbelievable find. Whilst the accommodation in the Masai lodges was fairly basic it was nonetheless more than acceptable for a single night stay, with adequate space and en-suite with good shower. The accommodation is located within the animal park and included with the accommodation was admission to the park and the "Serengeti tour", which is a 45 minute tour on one of the park's open side buses with an extremely knowledgeable and multi-lingual guide. This included close up encounters with zebra, rhinos, hippos and various other animals. Excellent car parking, with helpful reception staff and staff in the park cafeteria for dinner and breakfast. Only minor downside was lack of any wifi service. The park itself is quite hilly but two unfit pensioners coped reasonably well.

The little house is in the middle of the zoo, it's something special, it's clean, and has everything you need

We loved the little huts in the Masai village which came equipped with a fridge and a communal microwave. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The park was well run and we thoroughly enjoyed the safari and explanations given about the animals. The tickets for the Safari were included in the price of the room. We could also wander through parts of the park in the evening too which made it feel special as it was quiet. We would also like to thank the male member of staff who drove us up to the safari park start so we wouldn't miss our safari. He also helped us later to start our car after we had a flat battery. Many thanks to him unfortunately we didn't get his name. How money and power has allowed the location to be ruined by Apartment blocks to be built behind the park thus ruining the feeling of being in the middle of a forest. The town hall should not have allowed this.

In fact, they have turned animal cages into rooms for humans,I made a reservation for three nights, but when I saw it, I couldn't get into the room at all and canceled. I made a reservation for three nights, but when I saw it, I couldn't get into the room at all and canceled.

Electricity cut at midnight. I should use the cell phone light to go to toilet.

Everything was amazing, well put together, value for money. Stayed overnight in a zulu lodge. Overlooking park. Just a fantastic experience. Safari was great even in the rain. Will definitely go again. Great value. Nothing was all amazing.
