Another turn down is that the resort is more family friendly than adult friendly, we felt like a minority and if you don’t enjoy hearing or seeing children all around, then this place is not for you. The beach service was also depressing.

Everything Nothing

Excellent food. Super clean pools. Comfortable large quiet bedroom.

Customer service was excellent, facilities were good. The quality of the food was poor, and really detracted from the overall experience.

The staff were A++ Everyone seemed like they really liked their job and were glad to have you visit. I was always greeted with a smile and a hello from everyone. The fact that everything was included in the price and there was so much variety in terms of good quality food and drink was brilliant. Sadly it rained 3 of 5 days so many of the outdoor activities had to be cancelled. This meant that most people ended up in the indoor pool or at the Spa, which resulted in time slots at the spa being snapped up quickly. That being said, the ladies at the spa couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating - moving things round to ensure I got all the treatments from all the best people. The spa is a little pricey, but the service is simply fantastic.

Staff were exceptional . If I had to make a comment it would be about the beach . It’s not a very pretty bit of beach but with imagination the area used by the hotel could be made more attractive .

Great creche. Beach is dirty. There were issues with managing food allergies.

Great property with extensive facilities and great for families. Gym is not large enough for a property of that size and is always very busy at any time of day.

Plenty to do for all, lots of restaurants and bars with variety of options, indoor and outdoor gym, great spa, good sports facilities, very friendly staff. Nothing really.

I have seen reviews but don’t understand negative opinions about the hotel and staff

I’m relation to eating in the restaurants at night, despite booking for 8-830 the restaurants really close up quite early so in one or two of the restaurants we felt ignored or rushed as kitchen was closing.

Staff were friendly. Room wasn’t clean on arrival.

From the moment we arrived it became a stress free holiday. The staff and accommodation were first class. Good and amenities were totally 5 star Everything was amazing
