Also, the lack of mirrors in the bedroom was a bit disappointing. The only mirror in our entire room was in the bathroom, which isn't ideal when getting ready. A full-length mirror in the bedroom would be a fantastic addition and is definitely something for management to consider.

Terrific staff It was sold as being in Estepona, but that was an 1hr+ walk away.

People would be their towels on them and leave them all day and never use them . That was a big issue !

The size of the room No music in pool, no late room dining, requesting for any service very complicated and get delayed in most time.

Very good location. Friendly staff. A big and clean pool. With free sunbads. Laundry is very cheap and convenient. Poor breakfast. Need to add mirrors to the rooms.

Calm and cozy atmosphere everywhere, in breakfast, around pool. Really felt like retreat, not as some other big franchise hotels. Restaurant in the hotel also very good!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the housekeeping lady named Marielyn — she is one of the best and most honest cleaning staff I have ever met. She was extremely clean, thorough, and trustworthy. The spa was nice and relaxing, and the location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and I would love to stay here again in the future. Unfortunately, there were two housekeeping staff members who were not as clean as they should be — one of them named Vicky (or Micky) was using the same towel for everything in the bathroom and bedroom, which is not hygienic. Also, the front desk communication was sometimes inconsistent: one receptionist told me breakfast was not included, while another said I could go and enjoy it. The spa experience was nice, but the staff there could be a bit more professional. The air conditioning is controlled from reception and sometimes the room got too warm.

The guys who works in the restaurant for breakfast were not kind and 2 of them were very aggressive with us!

Spacious rooms with balcony. Well equipped gym. Lovely pool area - enough sunloungers during my stay but not sure what happens when hotel is full...I imagine there might be a shortage. Easy stroll to the beach and a few local restaurants. The restaurant seemed under staffed with long waits for food at peak times. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but not a great deal to walk to.

Absolutely spotless, friendly and helpful staff everything we needed and more. A beautiful concept and a complete treat ? Everything was great but it would be nice to have a full length mirror in rooms, although definitely not an issue just a nice to have
