Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Myers Estero

We really enjoyed the comfortable suite that we stayed in as well as the wonderful happy hour and the great breakfast made the order the morning that we left.

We booked this room last minute and we were delighted with all aspects of the hotel. Super nice staff - spotlessly clean - fabulous room with really awesome views - amazing value for money. Next time we get the notion to come down for a day or two this will be our hotel of choice.

We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s usually my favorite place but this time the cleanliness of our bathroom was awful. I asked the front desk for another clean and the second time wasn’t any better. The safe needed new batteries which were replaced. The TV was very slow to respond to the remote. It would take about 15 minutes to even get a show on. The toilet kept running and needs to be fixed. The walls around the trash cans need a good deep clean. The pool area is nice and the hotel overall is great. The room just needed more attention before we arrived.

Top notch staff all the way around. I didn't need my room cleaned since it was just me and I was only there 2 nights but a woman in house cleaning did check when she saw me in the hall. SO nice she asked.

On entry the hotel is well kept but once you step in you see the reality of the poor maintenance. Stained stinky carpet, elevators are disgusting. My room was disgusting, dirt build up on light switches even the air control. Refrigerator disgusting and spoiled food left from who knows how long ago. Bedding stained and used not fresh at all, with Food crumbs and hair from whoever slept in it before. Finger prints everywhere like headboard and tables, dusty lamps, desk and tables. stained couch and chairs I used a 3rd of Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. Sprayed disinfectant spray on all surfaces and under the sink in the bathroom was so nasty you know it hasn’t been cleaned in forever. I’m highly disappointed and 100% will never book here again. The rating should be way lower than it is. Also the breakfast fruit was always over ripe and the if the dish wasn’t dirty it had blue washing liquid on it. Like they don’t even care. Also my assistant broke out in hives our whole stay that only calmed down a bit when we left the room. The vents are so dirty/dusty idk if it was the air quality or the overall filth of the place. I flew in from Georgia for a spinal surgery and preparing for that on arrival after disinfecting the room I unfortunately didn’t take pictures and was physically limited for the remainder of my stay. Everyone has their standard I love reviews so that’s my intention because I was mislead with the rating.

Hot tub was not hot. Room was okay. They could use new mattress. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

Is a good hotel. Ideal if you want some with your family and friends. Have a good cook to order breakfast, a plus is Cooked the omelette in the moment, or eggs fries. The pool and hot tub is amazing. And other things, everyday 5 to 6:30pm you have a happy hour with snack and drink for adults. Excellent, I recommend 100%

The staff was NOT friendly! Made to order breakfast cooks were jerks. Good selection wasnt very good either. Lots of fried foods. Fruit wasn’t fresh. Very disappointing when you book a hotel knowing the same hotel in other cities is excellent! Only one washer and dryer were working. Also charging $7 to park per night in their parking lot is ridiculous.

I would recommend staying here.

Didn't like the breakfast but the room, actually a suite, was beautiful, the hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredible,!

Love this hotel! I’ve stayed here a few times already and it’s always an amazing experience.

The staff was very friendly, price was great and breakfast was amazing. I did suffer from allergies due to the hotel being pet friendly but I am planning to stay at another Embassy Suites in Orlando next month and will get an allergy sensitive room.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a quaint property that’s well maintained. I would recommend getting back the business center. Otherwise, beautiful facility that I will definitely visit again.

Everything was amazing! Good place

Second time staying at this property and enjoyed it as much as the first time. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the bed is super comfy. They offer a wonderful free breakfast, there are omelets made to order along with so many other hot and cold breakfast items. Upon arrival you are also given a voucher for their happy hour, which includes 2 free drinks per day and a snack bar. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained, as is the property in general. There are restaurants within walking distance and beaches a short drive away. The staff members are top notch-we were able to check in early and also had a minor issue with one of our tv's that was resolved before I even made it back to the room from the front desk! Definitely would stay here again! And again!!
