Returned to the hotel, tried to take a shower, only a water mist was coming out of the shower head, not fixed at all. Was trying to wash the soap off my body and could hear someone loudly banging on the door. Dripping wet, I exited the shower, managed to get a pair of shorts on, yelling at the personage on the other size of the door that I was trying to get decent. Opened the door, two maintenance men were there and they came in the room and wanted to see the shower for themselves. I explained exactly what the issue was and they wanted to work on the shower. i informed them that I needed to dry off and get dressed, then they could come back and work freely on it. They left, slamming the door, and I started finishing drying off, then the door was frantically banging again. I answered again in my shorts and one of the maintenance men said the other guy had walked off with my phone and handed it back to me. We left he hotel again for a few hours, came back. The shower had been worked on. Was no better than before. We left the next morning. No offer to comp a penny for the inconvenience. We will not ever stay at that location again.

My only knock on it was the room doors slam loudly. Everything else was great.

The property is in a great location and close to everything. Very clean and the staff was so nice.

Had a great experience. We stayed here when I brought my daughter down for college drop-off. Everyone was so nice and helpful!!

Rooms weren’t cleaned at all during our three nights!! Hotel lets you know it’s only EVERY OTHER DAY that the rooms are cleaned. Well, even on Saturday (we checked in on Thursday) our room wasn’t cleaned at all. The front desk told me our room wasn’t assigned to be cleaned. She said I could bring the overflowing trash cans - yes both small trash cans were overflowing- down to her the front desk told get new trash bags. I also had to go get new towels myself. So disappointing.

When I came off the road yesterday after nine hours of driving and stopped into a Estero at Hampton Inn went to the check-in process, which was very helpful very polite very professional got my keys went out to the room open the door and when a traveler says wow when he opens the door, that is awesome. Kudos to the management to the housekeepers to the personnel everybody involved. This was one of the best days I’ve had in six months and I travel on a daily basis that’s off the Hampton Inn Estero outstanding job. I will definitely return. Thank you so much.
