Rooms weren’t cleaned at all during our three nights!! Hotel lets you know it’s only EVERY OTHER DAY that the rooms are cleaned. Well, even on Saturday (we checked in on Thursday) our room wasn’t cleaned at all. The front desk told me our room wasn’t assigned to be cleaned. She said I could bring the overflowing trash cans - yes both small trash cans were overflowing- down to her the front desk told get new trash bags. I also had to go get new towels myself. So disappointing.

When I came off the road yesterday after nine hours of driving and stopped into a Estero at Hampton Inn went to the check-in process, which was very helpful very polite very professional got my keys went out to the room open the door and when a traveler says wow when he opens the door, that is awesome. Kudos to the management to the housekeepers to the personnel everybody involved. This was one of the best days I’ve had in six months and I travel on a daily basis that’s off the Hampton Inn Estero outstanding job. I will definitely return. Thank you so much.

This hotel omg I recommend it 100 percent. The nice ambiance, perfect cleaning and the staff from the hotel 100!% satisfied. The girls from the desk were so well educated, nice and helpful especially Jeannette and Denise. They are amazing. Well done girls.
