Very clean, staff very professional

I would especially like to thank the young man at the reception who welcomed us on Friday. He was very attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. I will definitely come back with my family. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel! The entire place was spotless, which I really appreciated. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind throughout my visit. And the breakfast was a real highlight—there was a great variety, so there was something for everyone. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again!

Location Missing paper good from room. The bar was closed on Sundays.

Room was clean, Staff was helpful. We had room with one king bed. Maybe I am being too critical but the room was poorly designed. The door to the bathroom had a large opaque glass which faced the bed so if you got up at night to use it you would wake up your spouse with a bright light. Also the toaster did not work at the breakfast, but the food was good 👍. We didn't take advantage of the bar/tapa's area at night but it looked well stocked and friendly.

It was soooo quiet!! The only bummer is my son had an allergic reaction to the bedding. We believe it's whatever they wash with. We changed bedding and rash spread. Luckily we were traveling with some home bedding and brought that in, along with Benadryl! So if you have a sensitive one be aware. I did let hotel staff know so maybe they can make a change👍

When I arrived and went to my room, one of the beds was not made. However, the Front Office staff took care of it right away and reassigned me a different room. They were very apologetic and courteous throughout the whole thing.

We had a great stay here during our trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was always kind and helpful. The location was convenient for everything we needed. It made our weekend much more enjoyable!
