Breakfast

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was very nice

Very clean and big room. Great breakfast food at the restaurant and bar
-
Great hot buffet breakfast. Made to order eggs

House keeping, no English. No umbrellas by pool. Tried to ask staff for beach umbrellas or beach equipment, they couldn’t find the key to get items. Same garbage and bandaids stuck to pool deck all 5 days. Staff good with breakfast keeping it stocked up and tasting good. Staff for happy hour food and kitchen orders did good. Bar line gets long with bad weather could use two behind the bar for kitchen orders. All in all this was my 2nd trip here. I find this place relaxing.

Nice room, tub was a little slow to drain but all in all a great stay. Housekeeping was great during our visit and Megan who works downstairs at Eagle Nest was amazing! Breakfast in the morning was very good with a lot of different options. Highly recommend staying here. Will be staying again next year.

This is our 2nd stay here for our wedding anniversary and we love the atmosphere, breakfast buffet and staff. The rooms are also spacious and cozy. We love our bartender Meagan, she always accommodates us and makes us feel welcome. Always a great time :)

All was well with the hotel besides an elderly member of the staff trying to kick me and my friends out at all times. Upon arrival, this woman harassed and belittled me and my friends (all over 18 and attending college) for being under 21 on hotel property. She claimed under policy that we all needed to be 21 to stay in the hotel, and literally body-blocked my friends from entering while saying that the exception her manager made for me to stay in the room I paid for (which could sleep up to 6 guests) would not be valid for the others. Hilton didn't have anything on Expedia (where I booked the room), that said I had to be 21 to check into my room, and I drove two and a half hours from where I live to stay there. The woman at the desk repeatedly told me that if it weren't for her manager, me and my friends would be walking out and going home. Me and my friends were constantly afraid and uncomfortable at the idea of her being around us while we try using any hotel amenities, or trying to plant a noise complaint to get us kicked out, etc. Luckily we made good use of a side entrance to have as little interaction with the woman at the desk as possible, however, we did not pay good money to stay in a jail hiding from the warden. The manager previously mentioned was very nice and accommodating. He thwarted multiple of the woman's attempts to have us removed. Unfortunately the woman giving us a hard time during my stay intentionally withheld her name from us.
