Everything was really good, except the actually sleep. We had a terrible night because the room was really. I try to turn the AC on it was broken. Just for that I give it 3 stars, for my family it was really important that sleep especially because we were traveling and driving and walking all day.

Good place with lot of places to hike, trek and close to Rocky Mountain National Park.
-
My room was extremely warm when I arrived but eventually cooled off
-
Overall, the amenities need to be improved. The pool is disgusting and needs to be cleaned.
-
But the lodge is cheap and view is good.
-
Need breakfast to be included for the price please along with Air conditioner

This is an amazing vacation destination for families. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. There is a large and diverse set of activities good for children of all ages and everything reasonably priced. I highly recommend YMCA of the Rockies.

No ice machine in the building, but the staff was very helpful

We stayed in a lodge room with a bed, plus 2 bunk beds. While most rooms have a window you can slide open, our room had a smaller window with a crank where the window pops out. The issue with this is we weren’t able to feel the breeze from outside. It was so warm in late June that it was hard to fall asleep. It’s a budget friendly option for sure.

Enjoyable stay. Very friendly staff! Fun time for the family & friends!

Our stay was decent. Loved the amenities & property location. Staff were really nice.

The most significant issue was the absence of air conditioning, which was not disclosed during the booking process. This is an important detail that should be clearly stated in the listing so guests can make an informed decision. The property provides box fans instead, but they are quite noisy and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There are also no ceiling fans, causing the room to become uncomfortably warm during the night. When we contacted the staff, the only recommendation was to keep the windows open, which was not an adequate solution. In addition, the cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations. We found items left behind under/behind the table that appeared to have been missed during cleaning, raising concerns about the overall housekeeping standards. With greater transparency about the lack of air conditioning and improvements in cleanliness and guest comfort, this property could provide a much better experience.

Very clean and well run!

What am amazing place. It was like being back at church camp. Kind of dorm style rooms but so many things to do! My daughter had the best time. They have everything that you could need on 1 property. Indoor pool, hiking trails, crafts for the kids (some cost a small fee), mini golf. If you're bored you doing something wrong! Well be back to rent a cabin and bring the whole family. We were only there 2 nights and is like a week next time!

My 5 year old and 7 year old. We did archery, axe throwing, swimming, arts and crafts, and walking the trails. We never had to leave. We will be back next year. If you’re looking for a family resort for spending time with your family this is it.

It has beautiful views! Lots of activities for families. Need to know more about where to house people that have challenges with walking and climbing stairs.
