Comfort Inn & Suites Euless DFW West

The pool was disappointing small and no hot tub. Only one ice machine (ground floor only and small) only 3 people and it was empty. Also the bath tub in the room slooow drain. The air in the room worked great with the 100+ temps outside it was nice and the water pressure and temp in the shower were great. The lady working the desk at night was super helpful, the lady during the day not so much.

This place was wonderful!! And the best part- we didn’t have to keep going to the front desk to get a new key!!

Overall a good stay. My only gripe is there is a "facility fee" that you have to pay outside of booking with Expedia. I mean really, just include it in your price like most everyone else does. I didn't realize this fee until we arrived, makes for an unpleasant initial experience when I thought I already paid everything, my fault for not realizing the charge to be had in small print, as most do not do this practice anymore in my experience.

I was triple charged at check in. Then I was asked for a $50 deposit, which they immediately realized was a ridiculous ask after taking 3x the money. They said the extra charges would drop off at 4am and they didn’t. It is now 4 days after and my bank account is still not fixed.

Overall, ok. There is nothing to excite you about this place. Rest for a night and go. That's all.

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting family in the area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with many choices, and some of the hot choices changed each day. The room was spacious (we stayed in a king studio) and the bed was comfy. Location is ideal as it’s close to many restaurants and activities and the airport. Will definitely stay again next time we’re visiting!

The experience was wonderful, and the staff were very helpful. Parking was also quite convenient. The only minor issues were that the pool did not seem very clean, and there were a ton of children in the pool area.

We got in around 3am and they were super nice about checking us in fast because we were all tired. But as soon as we walked in, we noticed 2 capri suns under the night stand, there was a blood stain on one of the comforters (we ended up just not using it of course), I stepped on a small piece of glass and it got stuck in my foot. The room was extremely muggy and it took awhile for the air unit to cool down the room, not to mention the stench that was in the room from all the moisture. My sister also stayed at the same hotel at the same time and ended up having to be moved rooms but we were so sleepy upon arrival and figured it was too late to bring it up the next day. Staff was extremely nice, but 0/10 recommend & will definitely not be staying ever again.

To make matters worse, we were overcharged for our stay. When we brought it to the front desk’s attention, we were told to contact Hotels.com instead of having the issue resolved at the hotel. It was frustrating to be passed back and forth rather than receiving direct assistance. While I appreciate that the staff accommodated our room change, the overall experience was disappointing due to the condition of the first room, the poor night’s sleep, and the billing issue. I hope the hotel improves its room inspections and customer service so future guests don’t have the same experience.

I only stayed at the hotel one night and at first glance the hotel looked perfect. however after I woke up through the night scratching. Took a shower and went back to bed. The next morning I realise I am covered in welts. Bed Bug bites!! Never again
