Kozy Hotel Dallas DFW Airport Area West

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Kozy Hotel. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Bedroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable and they had a huge TV! Staff was nice and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

The property is a cozy hotel beautiful, clean , modern decorationsT excellent Steph genuinely kind breakfast amazing. I give them 10 out of 10.

Negatives: the front elevator was out of service so EVERYONE had to use the only other elevator at the back of the hotel, other than that it was great. I'd rate it a 8.5 out of 10

The staff was welcoming. They always had someone on duty 24/7 if you needed to check out early for a flight or continue your adventure, so you never had to worry about it. Their gym was organized and the pool was well maintained during the hot days. They provided breakfast from 7am to 10am. I would definitely stay again if I ever come to town again.

Great location, close to airport and stores/food. Super clean inside, room was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Entrance/exit and parking lot is a little weird but overall it was a great hotel

The staff was exceptional, as was the pool. The facilities are updated and modern. All in all a wonderful stay!

Our room was on the 2nd floor and everything was new and clean, including the carpet, bathroom tile, shower and sink! Breakfasts included waffles, crispy (yes!) bacon, link sausage, eggs, hash brown potatoes and fresh coffee. They also had bagels, toast, yogurt and fruits available. Probably the only item I can be critical about is that the hotel is currently underfoing remodeling construction. So, a little understanding by guests is probably appreciated by the staff. They seemed to work hard at staying out of the way and being quiet while we were there, and we didn't hear any noise in the evenings either.

Bugs and the possibility of larvae were present between sheets. Staff was understanding and work to immediately refund the money.

The room was clean, the staff is friendly but if you want to get WALKED in on while being NAKED TWICE!!!!! This is the place to stay!! My daughter and I were vacationing and a male worker came into our room Twice within 24hrs and the front desk and General Mng wouldn’t do anything about it!! I couldn’t even get the GM to call me back which I thought was so Unprofessional. I will NEVER STAY at a KOZY HOTEL AGAIN!!

The hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also delicious every morning, especially the make-your-own waffles, which quickly became my favorite! The hotel is currently being renovated, so there were a few small things that could be improved. Our room could have used proper clothing hangers, a designated tray or holder for the hand soap in the bathroom, and housekeeping only left us two towels after cleaning the room, so we had to request additional towels each day. The only issue that became somewhat frustrating was that our room key cards would deactivate once or twice a day, requiring us to stop by the front desk to have them reactivated. That said, the positives outweighed the negatives by a long shot. The outstanding customer service, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast made this an excellent stay. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This property absolutely deserves five stars and is definitely a hotel I would recommend!

The entire facility was clean and well kept. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful! It’s clear the communication between all staff was on point. Breakfast was great and hot. 10/10
