Kozy Hotel Dallas DFW Airport Area West

The only reason this hotel has a 9.4 on customer ratings is because they encourage you to give them 5 stars when you check in by spinning a prize wheel in exchange for a good review. But it is far from a 9.4. At first we were really impressed with the hotel because of the price being so low and it was a decent hotel. But we had a hard time sleeping because there was a bright flashing light on the carbon monoxide alarm which kept us up all night. Literally, we couldn’t fall asleep until about 6:30 in the morning. So we went down to the front desk and asked for a late checkout so we could get some sleep. We told them the bulb in that unit was so bright that you could see it when you close your eyes through your eyelids. They gave us a whole extra hour. I even got in a warm bath at 4 AM to try to make myself sleepy and sleep through the bright light that was flashing in my family‘s eyes, but still didn’t work. While I was sitting in the bathtub, I could see the underside of the toilet seat, which was really disgusting. The room as a hole was pretty clean, but the carpet was really sticky like soap had been left all over it and not cleaned back up. Then we go downstairs to try to eat breakfast during a time we should be getting some sleep, and the eggs were made of preformed round powder. Tried to go swim in the pool since this hotel didn’t provide us any time to sleep because of their faulty equipment, and the pool was filthy. The water was not clear, it was foggy with debris.

This property was super nice, even though they were still doing construction. The staff was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Will be staying here next time I’m in town!

The property is being renovated and most rooms are ready for your stay. I have stayed here before with another name and now it has improved in so many ways to have a more comfortable stay.

The breakfast was awesome. The pool wasnt crowded with kids. Getting to the parking lot was kinda tricky though. Overall my daughters and I really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and clean and friendly staff

Hotel is nice and clean, appears recently renovated. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is a continental but somehow was better than other locations. Everything was good and fresh. I do see they’re are green because the utensils were bamboo, nice touch. This spot is a hidden gem, a place we plan to return to in the near future.

Stayed for 5 nights and each day was the same, in a great way, as the previous day. Front desk staff were awesome. I had a personal issue that I needed their help with and each person was wonderful. The rooms were clean and inviting and housekeeping was on point. I stayed at a different hotel in DFW 2 months ago and this time was a whole different experience, I couldnt ask for a better staff or stay.

Generally, the property was OK. The breakfast was mediocre and the same every day. The TV with only streaming options and no local channels was completely unacceptable. I don't understand how any company would think that decision made any sense. we WILL NOT be returning.

Staff was nice and helpful!

Kozy hotel was right off the highway and the area was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful checking in and out. My room was perfectly clean and very spacious. I’ll definitely keep booking with Kozy hotels if I continue to have such good experiences!

Very kozy and clean.

There was some construction taking place in the parking lot during my stay, but it had virtually no impact on the overall experience. Inside the hotel, it was quiet, clean, and welcoming, and the staff did a great job ensuring guests were comfortable. If you're looking for a convenient, stylish, and comfortable hotel near DFW Airport, I highly recommend Kozy Hotel Dallas DFW Airport Area West. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is good to stay for a day or two but wouldn't stay longer it's it is located in a very convenient location towards where I was heading I really think they could have improved by providing clean towels and if they only took a bit more time in providing a cleaner restroom other than that the place was good

Great stay and recently renovated hotel

My stay here was mostly positive. My only complaints are walls are terribly thin and slight issues with bugs. I could pretty much hear the people next door to me talking and watching TV which made it a little difficult to relax at times. There was also a large roach on the wall in my room on the last day. Aside from these moments, my stay was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good and I enjoyed having access to the pool.

The elevator and the AC unit were outdated but the rest of the amenities were really good. We really appreciated the ice machine on the main floor, it dispensed a lot of ice and it was very clean. Overall is was a good experience staying at this hotel I would recommend 10/10. The breakfast wasn't something espectacular but it did the job.

The rooms are super clean and comfortable extremely quiet so you can get good sleep staff is wonderful and will go out of there way to help you will only stay here when I come to town from now on

Clean. New look. Smelled good. Great size TV in the rooms. Breakfast was good. Easy to get to.

Everything was perfect ! Only thing was that the pool really needed to be cleaned. You can tell the pool isn’t really kept up with. Other than that the rooms were lovely, breakfast was yummy, pool is a good size and close to many food options!

The property is being renovated but everything was in great working condition and the rooms are great and so is the breakfast .
