Staff friendly. Room clean and comfortable.

I didnt get to try the breakfast but i heard her burritos were amazing ! Jenny made me the best wings quesadilla guacamole aioli and drinks ever, she really took care of me and made sure i was hydrated ! The staff was very attentive, they made sure i didn’t need anything and answered calls right away ! They make sure to have fresh water and cups out when you arrive to the hotel so you can be refreshed ! My bed was made , my room was clean , i had a minor issue with the bathroom which i fixed myself so i’m not complaining ! They have a good snack selection and drink selection. It’s a good location to be at , minutes away from restaurants and the airport no longer than 10. On my last day there, the driver transported me to the airport making sure i was okay !! I’m definitely coming back to stay again , i was skeptical at first due to reviews but it was definitely laid back and lowkey. Parking is near the elevators, i def recommend parking after you get your room key so you’ll be directly at the elevators bc it’s a good walk lol. Or just get your steps in. House keepers also does come every morning, they’ll make sure you don’t need anything either !!!

That both Cole and the front desk supervisor listened to my complaints even though they couldn’t fix anything personally for me. The shuttle service is limited and I didn’t get a ride back to the airport. My room was dirty - bathroom had hair in the tub and toilet, bedsheets had blood on it and housekeeping refused and did not replace the sheets nor during my stay did they service my room at any time and it took over two hours to get towels. And the attendant that did come refused to take all my trash out. It was truly unpleasant stay.

Nice place to stay before flying out of DFW. Lots of restaurants a short drive or walk from the hotel.

Wish breakfast was oncluded kind of pricey

The room I got on 07-30:26 The AC was not working and the hot water in the shower was working so I was very disappointed. I spoke to the front desk manager and he said that he was gonna speak to one of the manager . I can have someone call me thanks

Great Nothing

Just real nice rooms and clean and good value, everything we need for a 3 days stay, my mother worked for Marriott and retired after 30 years there, so I might be biased, but I did pay full price and I loved the stay, Marriott is my favorite hotel and it keeps earning my trust again and again.

This is a really good hotel to use for an overnight stay while traveling. I did after traveling far to Arizona and the beds were super comfortable.

THIN walls

Comfortable beds Had to got to front to get sheets and blankets and pillows for the sofa bed, I feel they should already have those in the room. Otherwise, no other issues.
