It was amazing! Food was good, pool was nice and room was clean loved it thank you!

Room was clean, staff was nice. Only thing they could have is a shuttle to and from the airport. Then I would have given 5 stars. Wasn't there long enough or late enough for breakfast. Coffee flavor was fine, but at 5am was cold. Should have fresh coffee for the early morning people.

Homewood offers a legitimate 2-bedrooms. Each with its own bathroom. One room has a king size bed. The other has two queens. A spacious living room area (which I believe also has a pullout bed). A dining table and of course a fully functioning kitchen. The a/c blew cold during the summer heat. It was perfect for us. The property was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but modern enough. The breakfast was typical buffet style. Frankly always a nice option to have in the morning. My kids took advantage of the swimming pool when there wasn't loud partying going on. The property is relatively small but parking was never an issue. All of the national store and fast food restaurants are just a couple minutes away. All in all, a very comfortable, trouble-free experience. We were in town to visit family. We're now planning for Christmas and right now its looking like we'll be back!

Only cons our toilet was sorta broken and some of the things in the room were a little worn but considering the price and location we would stay again.

The rooms air conditioning did not work properly. And the WiFi password did not work. I had to ask for towels and go to the front desk to get them because they wouldn’t bring them to my room. The cleaning service only came in once. And did not changed the stained sheets (looked like a blue ink stain) and just remade the bed. Now I was charged and did not damage the sheets. I will never ever stay at any Hilton property again. If I damage something I am an adult and would definitely cover it but we did not damage anything. I am very disappointed in the entire experience. The breakfast was disgusting and I only at it one time. Even though it was free. Do not stay here. You will not be happy. Then after I tried to talk to the manager of the property and was told by the front desk clerk he was conveniently in a meeting but when I called the customer service line they reached him within a minute. Very rude. Very disappointed in this whole experience STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Our stay was Amazing

“I need to dispute a hotel charge for services that were not provided as represented. The hotel room had an active cockroach infestation. I reported it during the stay, requested a refund, and the merchant/booking platform refused. I have photos, my reservation, a timeline, and proof of my attempts to resolve it.” And still cannot get my money back. Terrible hotel never stay there again

Comfortable and spacious Breakfast is limited Kitchen amenities are nonexistent(how can you have a stove plate without the pots to use them on,only had two tiny pots) Very disappointed with that but on their page here they show everything and you get there they don’t have it

Incredible. We came from Canada so chances we'll be back are slim but if we were ever to visit the Dallas area again we would 1000% stay here again. We got the large 2 bedroom suite that we shared with another family and the set up and all amenities included were just perfect. Outdoor swimming pool was a huge plus for us and the kids used it so much. Best breakfast at a hotel we've ever had, hands down.

It’s very inviting and the staff is nice. You will always see someone cleaning lol. All the amenities were available, nothing saying “out of order”. I loved our room! It was big and spacious. It came with a pull out couch but it looked like it’s seen better days and could use a cleaning! Thats why I took a star. We needed more towels and they gladly brought us some more. Breakfast has plenty to choose from, even took some to eat on for lunch/snack. Plenty of restaurants to drive/walk to and Walmart is a 16min walk away. I didn’t have a car and I’m fond of getting in steps so I didn’t mind. The cleaning staff is Spanish speaking and I should have practiced my Spanish skills with them, but there is always someone to translate if you need help from them lol. Definitely would come back.

We did have issues with a neighbor smoking marijuana in the building and with daytime front desk staff being rude and seemingly frustrated when asked any questions (for a pillow or ice) or told of any concerns. Evening shift much easier to interact with when needed.

I thought it was very quiet and comfortable. Everything was well taken care of. Breakfast was not very impressive. Maybe add a couple more varieties of food such as bacon not just sausage. Maybe some flavored cream cheese instead of just plain whipped cream cheese.

The room was good for the location and price we paid. No issues at all.

Very clean hotel. They have a descent hot breakfast (although oatmeal was a little on the runny side) there were several options available. Our King Suite was spacious and clean (did have a slight pet odor, but not substantial), love that the vanity was outside the restroom. I would highly recommend staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft Worth-Belford location.
