La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DFW Airport West - Euless

Room was clean but its not a smokeless hotel the room i got smelled like smoke bad and the second floor did aswell i had to end up loosing the money of the booming cause i couldnt even be theyre 10 minute since how bad smoke was so if ur thinking of booking this hotel think again supervisor was really rude telling us we wont get a refund back since its in their policy that if u check in and check ur room out and it smells like smoke they wont refund nothing and their breaking their own policy saying its a smokeless hotel and theyres people smoking all around it

Great hotel for the price!

Maybe a few more kitchen amenities would be useful, but had most things needed so no problem.

All the personal was awesome and helpful

Free breakfast was good. Typical options, slightly limited but not bad. Location didn’t look great but it actually wasn’t bad. The back road has access to everything you could need… you would need a car though. Or e-bike/scooter. The staff were typical hotel staff, nobody overtly friendly… which I prefer. The room lacked a few of the “essentials”. No hot water at the sink, just dribbled out. Excessively hot water in the shower. No pen, note paper, local brochures, food options/suggestions, no bottled water, and annoyingly no flyer with the TV channels on it. Beds and bathroom were clean. Indoor pool, so loud with booming echoes. Small, but perfect gym.

The only bad thing was only one elevator

Air conditioner worked but extremely humid in room. All our clothes were wet from the moisture at all times

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Great Everything was nice

There was a young man who offered and helped my husband bring in the luggage we needed for the night. I didn’t receive the room I reserved. The room was very hot when we arrived. We had to turn the A/C down to 60 to cool off the room. The room I reserved was to be wheelchair accessible and with a walk in shower. I couldn’t get into the bathroom because the entry had a large strip at the entry and my w/c could not get over the strip. I couldn’t take a shower due to the fact that there was a bathtub and no handicapped toilet or bars to use for mobility. The toilet was too far down for handicapped people to use and no handicapped bars to help them to get up off the toilet. We had to use the door handle to pull ourself up. And trying to pull up while trying to hold on to the sink to assist us too. The morning breakfast was awful. The eggs were cold, the potatoes were seasoned a lot and the bacon was not fully cooked.

Not a clean place to stay felt almost like a cheap motel. Beware of half dead cockroaches on the AC.

Everything was perfect!

It fair value Pillow were to soft. I am sure it was probably me. But bed was ok.

A woman setting up the breakfast bar was very friendly and helpful. Evening staff person was not friendly and not available at front desk for long period of time. Shower gel was empty

Good location Quite

The restroom was filthy. There was dry urine around the base of the toilet. There was furniture in the room didn’t appear to be clean. I’ve always loved LaQuinta but I won’t be visiting this one anymore. The staff were friendly over all.

The reception was not patient There was a mess by the door from the previous night and no one cleaned it.
