Motel 6 Euless, TX - Dallas

Okay for a two day stay. NO coffee maker in the toom. The police like to be in the parking lot not sure for what. Very basic hotel for the price..

We couldn’t open the curtains to let the daylight illuminate the room because you could see everything inside the room from outside. We needed to use the artificial lights all the time. It takes a late check in. But when we arrived at 11pm they didn’t let us in. They kept us outside with our luggage. While taking our passports to register our arrival. Maybe it is a safe city, but I didn’t know that. And thought they could maybe take us in the “lobby “. It was open to the road so I didn’t feel like being inside a private place. Often there were people I didn’t know if was staying there.

We had booked two rooms and for one of the rooms the air conditioner wasn't working. We asked the front desk to either change the room, fix the Ac or at least give us a fan. They didn't help with anything and said that this is not something they can help with. Just walked away from the reception. This was in Dallas Texas with an avg temp of a 100 degrees and I was with a 10 year old. Imagine the plight. I demand a refund for the room because it was unusable

Worst hotel in my experience

Nothing They assigned me for non smoking room as I requested but was full of smell of smoke. I stayed two nights but no clean, no line changed at all.

I love how close it is to the airport I hate the price for one night. 70-100 per night is pricey for a place with no microwave in each room and a 2-3 star motel with a 7/10 rate

Affordable and nice Nothing they are active

The room Had a moldy smell ac didn’t really work and there was a lot of Beatles but not bed bugs thankfully

The gentleman at front desk was a kind and helpful man.

Comfortable stay

Smoke smell lingered, staff and area around smelled like weed, pool was dirty and closed

I had to cancel my stay because of allergies. Communication was great from the booking to canceling. They told me i have to call expedia for refund. When i called expedia they told me they will have to call the motel to confirm. But when expedia called them they declined the request for refund. Expedia customer service still went ahead and gave me refund.

The manager was very nice the receptionist Destiny went on and beyond to help in any issue. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. They would clean your room every day. There was a Hispanic receptionist that was very rude and not helpful at all.

First room was not even cleaned.Second room was extremely hot due to poor a/c.Also the room was full of nats

the room was clean to many people hanging around outside. and people coming out early 4-5 am talking very loud
