Best Western Inn of the Ozarks

Clean room, nice pool, nice hot tu

Unfortunately, the room itself (Room 230) felt very dated, dark, and had a noticeable musty odor. The guest rooms would greatly benefit from a renovation to bring them up to today's standards. Beyond the appearance, the air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room adequately, leaving it uncomfortably warm during our stay. I also noticed that the room could have used a more thorough cleaning. There was visible dust, and the window drapes appeared overdue for cleaning, with cobwebs and bugs present around the window area. Another recurring frustration was the room key cards. They repeatedly deactivated during our stay, requiring trips back to the front desk to have them reprogrammed. This became an unnecessary inconvenience. I would suggest upgrading to a more reliable access system, such as mobile app or digital key access, or implementing a different key card system altogether. The deciding factor for us was discovering a live brown recluse spider in the bathroom. After finding that, we chose to check out a day early. On a positive note, the outdoor pool and recreation area were very nice and would be a great amenity for families. The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I believe this property has a lot of potential. With updated guest rooms, improved maintenance

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ Best Western Plus Inn of the Ozarks. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean & amenities were great. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the arcade on the property. The restaurant on the property was very affordable and very accessible. We will definitely go back again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful except that the a/c in our room had trouble keeping up with the heat outside. It was warm while we were trying to sleep but it wasn’t intolerably so. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the onsite restaurant was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The place was in great shape. The restaurant food was very good. The bed were incredibly comfortable. A very good hotel experience.

For our family of 6, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The beds and room were all comfortable. The pool was wonderful, and everyone was very friendly. We were a little worried about navigating the town for meals, but we made it with minimal issues. We stayed in a suite with two queen beds in one room and fold out couch in another. Both rooms have TVs, which was nice when we hunkered down to watch a playoff game and the kids wanted to watch something else. The kitchenette met our needs perfectly with the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and apple counterspace.

Friendly staff, property is well maintained, and the pool was refreshing.

I didn't have high expectations for this place, but it was the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Arkansas. The staff were friendly real people who love their town. Housekeeping was friendly, helpful, personable. Concierge (Kory!) have me the best recommendations. The pool was clean. I thought about staying longer!

We had a really nice stay at the Best Western. Our room was large and clean. The restaurant on the premises was good. The location was good.

All around great stay rooms were kept everyone was super friendly only thing was no free breakfast but other than that good time.

Quiet location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and great amenities!

Room was clean, just outdated and a little musty. Staff was very nice and helpful (let us go down to the basement during a tornado warning). Overall good, just a little pricy for the accommodations.

Room was nice and clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Couldn’t find our ice maker. Didn’t get to ask. Pool was really nice and so was the upstairs games.

The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We had enough health and beauty products and towels which is a must when using the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Most of all, we travelled during a very hot day and arrived to a room with 66 degrees temperatures. It was fantastic!
